crazed warlord takes over a kingdom and tries to screw over a princess, her father, and their people in the process and luffy meets up with his brother while also having to deal with a powerful marine leader who is unable to act until after the strawhats have defeated the villain.
key differences here was that dressrosa was way fucking longer than it had to be and instead of doing her best to fight too, rebecca cried the whole time and her father did all the fighting for her. Also bad guy from one arc gets punched into the ground while the other gets punched through the ceiling and into the sky.
Skypiea is better. Alabasta is touted but I've never understood why.
