The MA monsters appeared a bit after the MB vs Garou fight, that was in 2016.

It's easy to forget that the early monsters were filled with Dragon and Demon class because of how casually Saitama beat them.

Armored gorilla is probably low demon level or at least super high tiger level while guerilla is just a tiger level.

vaccine man and beefcake in particular look to be dragon-level. Hell, vaccine man be the strongest opponent Saitama defeated besides the god-level threats.

Beast King was the 2nd strongest and only a demon.

I imagine that there's supposed to be a huge gap between Beast King and Asura Kabuto. Even though Genos couldn't instantly defeat Armored Gorilla, he defeated him unscathed; as compared to Mosquito Girl, who managed to rip off an arm of his even while unbuffed. Beast King should have been even stronger, but I don't think so much so that Genos would be unable to act at all, like the case was with Asura Kabuto.

Dr Genus was watching s class files at the time and wasn't worried about any thing about his plan. This and the fact that he thouht Kabuto as a "secret" weapon means that just Beast king alone could have easily defeat many s class heroes (at least until darkshine). Even gorilla armored said that while he was 3rd, the 2nd of the HE was exponentially stronger than him. This means Kabuto is superior to golden sperm (golden sperm as he can beat several s class) because first he was the ultimate evolution, and second, else there is no reason for zombieman to consider the possibility that HE can be a god level threat.

There would be several huge gaps to get to Golden's level meanwhile. Thinking Asura is so high is just pushing it. His punches would have reduced Genos to total scrap if not nothing otherwise.

Or Genos heavily underestimates the S class. Just having the name files doesn't tell anything, even a fucking kid has access to them.

The S class is only 2 years old, it's recent as hell for Genus. Even the MA didn't seems to know much about the capacities of each S class until they faced them.

If anything both him and Gouketsu should be around same so strong Dragon level monsters. Thats all.

Boros was a legitimate villain who believed in what he was doing and was gracious in defeat as much as any guy who had his opponent hold back on him.

Garou was a literal manchild who never had the conviction to do what he truly wanted and instead just projected his childhood insecurities onto the world around him.

Saitama doesn't enjoy attacking people, and he certainly doesn't attack anyone who didn't threaten him. He enjoyed the trill of combat, but he doesn't get enjoyment out of violence in itself.

It helps that other than Kabuto, the synthetic monsters Genus made are not innately evil. This is an important distinction, as humans that transform into monsters tend to lose their morality. But as we know, there are many types of monsters that are natural, or are alternate species. So as far as we know only one type of monster truly are not redeemable.

The HoE guys really were some of the more interesting minor villains, likely because they were more human than most of the other monsters.

And it is also a fact that Genus considers Kabuto a failed experiment. That despite creating his most powerful creature ever, Genus didn't want to use him because Kabuto failed Genus' own standards for being a sick deprived bastard.

Make no mistake, Genus murdered many innocent people. But he was able to turn his life around because Genus still remembered his own Humanity and was able to reinstate it.

Just need to know what he's doing in that basement now.

Genos level of firepower is inconsistent throughout the series. At his base level he could blow up multiple mountains but jobs to shitters.

Genos is a jobber, but he jobs because he fucking sucks at aiming 99% of the time. The 1% time he does do well he's fighting opponents that are legitimately on his level or above. Plus the inability to last in a fight means he's going to get off exactly 1 blast before being disarmed.

Besides what was said in the post before mine, he can't go all out depending on the place.

Except Genos always go all out at the start of the fight and sucker punching the opponents but somehow he can't damage them.

Well, you know. He's fighting in a city. Even back during his fight with Mosquito Girl, he charred everything around him only after confirming that there was no one else around in the surrounding kilometers (setting Saitama aside). But he can't just destroy the entire infrastructure willy-nilly. Though some collateral damage is to be expected, he should keep it within reasonable limits

His cannons fires big attacks but aren't all that destructive. Still, he showed being able to kill demon threats in one clean shot, see Face Ripper.

As it turns out, going all against a giant rock doesn't do much. And his blasts against someone like Sea King doesn't mean much when he is above Genos' level and you can argue that he was still holding back some because they were fighting in a populated area.

Also what says since once again, if Genos isn't fighting an absolute shitter he's going to get his arms torn off. Then he loses his biggest damaging move and is left with not much.

Age him down a bit and he'd look a lot like a shorter-haired Garou with bushier eyebrows, I bet.
