China and Vietnam are capitalist. Cuba doesn't have poverty as there are very little homeless people and everyone has access to basic necessities like healthcare, housing, and food.

China hasn't been communist at least economically probably since the really 80s. They still are ruled by the one party but even the chinks realized communism was a losing bet.

I'm guessing the same is true with Vietnam but I honestly don't know much about them
