I don't get why people chimp out over weather they, or their race/nationality/gender/hair colour has a higher or lower IQ than another.

I am a white person from Britain and as a result that would mean that I am quite intelligent, but there are other white people who are as thick as pig shit. These people, however, tend to be good at non academic things like nusing, fruit picking, bricklaying or repetitive tasks like factory work or catering.

Without numptys society would crumble and who would cook the burgers I eat? Underneath every intelligent person there are countless less intelligent people ready to help feed him or wipe his arse in a care home when he gets old. Intelligence is over rated society needs a good supply of people who aren't smart to support the ones that are.

It is when a society forgets to value these people that things go south. Pay them so little money that they can't afford to live on the wages then you'll get migrants taking those jobs because the pennies they save up while doing their time in your country will be worth a fortune when they move back home.

Value the less smart members of your own society and they will fill all the jobs migrants are doing and you will have low unemployment, low dependency on the state or benefits and a more robust economy with greater productivity. As a result there will be a greater tax take and you can spend this on nice things for the population like healthcare or border control.
