Alright, now i get it. Most of the time the pilots know that they are targeted, and even if somehow their plane doesn't let them know, they should already know of the location of the SAM systems. Which is why 1-2 minutes is more than enough time to dodge. And which is why stationary SAMs with no airforce backing them up is a fucking meme, unless dealing with CAS craft. You want to force the pilot to engage more than one threat.
