You won't believe how much this simple practice will help you.

I’ve been shit on repeatedly for four years since graduation, so much so that my degree has lost any value it held previously (inb4 meme degree: GIS/geomatics). Its an easy read, super fast and super engaging. Even if you've already seen the movie.

That's not to say that one should continue jerking off everyday, just that if you're focused on other, more important, tasks that are rewarding and beneficial, you will naturally cut back on fapping. I ride 60-80 miles a week in addition to 20-25 miles a week with a 46lb pack. I love endurance exercises, not so much into the gym. It’s done wonders for me as far as overall health and practical strength goes. However, diet is very important if you want these activities to do anything more than improve cardio and endurance levels.

Start it off easy by adding only adding a handful of things to do in a day. Things that you want to be a habit. Like brushing your teeth and having a shower. Tick them off everytime you do them. If you miss it don't beat yourself up but resolve to do it the next day. Each time you do it reinforces the action in your brain. Eventually you will start to do them automatically. Slowly add more and more tasks and you will building a productive day.

Before I was waking up 30 mins before work, rolling out of bed and then driving to work almost immediately. Now I wake up at 6am everyday and I have a morning routine that makes me feel like I have exerted some control over my life.

You can also put long term goals or projects in there, but make sure you break them down into manageable and measureable objectives that you can tick off. If your goal is to get fit then its not one item on the to do list, it's several goals that you must complete nearly everyday.
