I don't want only an average-IQ white kid. I'm already on the gifted percentile and I want my child to inherit the gifted trait. I don't care if the child is white, black, asian, latino, indian or whatever. My priority is he/she is on the gifted percentile. Ofc a white waifu would be ideal but Im looking exclusively for the gifted trait. I'm reluctant to date blacks because of their lower than average IQ but if someone knows how to spot a smart black waifu share your wisdom.

Family genealogy. Sit down with her and talk about the men in her family and what they did. Look for qualities like conscientiousness, PhDs, etc.
The woman herself just needs wide hips, she doesn't need to be smart herself (women tend to be incredibly average while men tend to express the IQ, so to judge what genes she's carrying you need to hear about the men she's directly related to).
You should date Whites based on being White yourself.

If I remember correctly the child doesn't inherit the mother's IQ directly BUT her genetic IQ data. So yeah maybe marrying a dumb woman that has intelligent men on her family is a good aim.

Ive met only 4 really intelligent white women in my life.
Had a relationship with one in my teens but we broke up.
The second one turned into a crazy SJW and doesnt want a family.

Bad choice if you're looking for just high IQ. Physical is given because you're the one that will feel atracted or not. Behavioural, make sure she's not a shit person.

Well I took an unrelated but certified test as a child and it delivered the same results with a slight difference. When retook this one a few days ago on (I'm on my mid 20's now) my score dropped 2-3 points from the original which is a common prediction. So yeah...

Judging by your frequent grammatical errors, it seems like you wrote this "IQ result" do you have a source? Also even if a woman is smart, it will not be in the same way. Women simply do not enjoy the same topics as men and they are too emotional to debate ideas purely for the sake of it. Why not just find a girl you enjoy spending time with and talking to? If you aim so specifically for IQ over even looks or personality, you are likely to have literally autistic, ugly, and undesirable children.
Don’t forget that a kid in the average IQ range up to 120, will generally outperform a gifted kid in terms of school results. IQs over 130 are rare as hens teeth in academia and I doubt many nobel prize winners fall into the gifted category. Giftedness tends to mean snowflake kid without the performance payoff

You can't "pump up" IQ, statistically it regresses to the mean, so even a pair of high IQ parents are more likely to have a child with an IQ lower than theirs.
All you can do is prevent your childs IQ from being harmed, malnutrition will harm IQ, breast feeding with a stay at home mom is statistically the best form of nourishment for children.
Spanking and other forms of aggression such as shouting and anything that generally raises stress hormone cortisol in children is negatively correlated against IQ, so basically raise your child peacefully focusing on negotiation to set behavior rather than dominance.
Otherwise it's a crapshoot, you can do everything right and still have an average or below average IQ child.
Raising them right has a massive effect in general because IQ is only one piece of the puzzle, they also need to be able to negotiate with other people, learn to defer and find win/win scenarios, they need to be well socialised so they're likeable. They need to practice the things that their personality is defficient in, so if they're naturally very introverted you want to encourage extroverted activites, and vice versa.

Could be risky since I believe jews have inflated their IQs from biased studies. I could be wrong but there's no hard data on this. Your kid would probably end up autistic from outbreeding instead.
