I didn't watch or read this series, but there was a reason for it. Something about it pissed me off. I'm trying to remember, but I THINK it may have been that the guy confesses to the girl, but she blows him off. Something like that.

The anime and manga aren't extremely different or anything, but with this kind of series the payoff and development is what really makes it worthwhile and the anime didn't get that far in.

Ritsu is a cutiezilla, the other two Kawaisou residents are sluts, but cute and fun in their own way. And honorable mention to Hayashi, who isn't that cute but her interactions with the way-too-pure Ritsu make her a comedy goldmine.

She was actually really good in this, as was everyone else.

It'd feel pretty crappy if it ended when she moves out, since the entire reason Usa confessed was because he wanted to not lose her when she moves out. I'd like to see them outside. Or she just might not move out at all.

I figured she'll attend a nearby college and just live close to the boarding house so they can still see each other easily. After coming this far, I doubt that would be enough for them to drift apart.

Though that's just my own preference atm.

This is the same author who does Love Lab. She's damn good at writing cute romance. Definitely one of my favorite mangaka. Sad though that all of her adaptations into anime bomb hard. She seems to mostly have a small core fanbase and nothing more.

I watched this anime a while back and still need to pickup the manga, but I loved the way the main guy took it slow getting the main girl to notice him. Him picking up light reading to try and get to know her better and understand her hobby was great, and a dedication you usually don't see out of a character in manga/anime romance (most stories are just an aggressive guy/girl moving in on a do-nothing guy/girl).
