ITT: Things you learned from anime

>when you apologize, you need to show your navel

When you chug down a drink, you gotta put a lot of expression in your enjoyment

school bells all sound the same
door to roof is always open but nobody is there

no means yes.

>school bells all sound the same
>He hasn't watched Oniisama-e
What a pleb.

When someone says "No, it's nothing" Means "Yea, it's something, and something important"

The student council is the most powerful political organization in Japan.

When you apologize to someone you're causing even greater shame for them, making it a perfect tactic for getting them to forgive you.

Drinking black coffee makes you seem like an adult.
Acting detached and emotionless too.

Lap pillows are the most intimate things we as human beings can experience

adults are useless, teens rule the world.

That would be Holding hands.

Nose bleeds are a pandemic in Japan

parents are overseas

if a girl constantly assaults you, tells you to leave her alone tells you she hates you. It actually means she loves you.

i only drink coffee black and i am detached because i hate almost everyone around me but people just call me a cunt
would it work out if i was an anime

Everything happens in a high school
If you're in high school and have dyed hair you're basically guaranteed to be famous or important

This is true in Japan though. High school is stressful but fun, difficult and eventful, college is a joke, and then you work to live for the rest of your life.

>High school is difficult
>College is a joke
What the fuck Japan

Read into it, they spend all of high school studying to get into college but once they get there it is easy. It is fucked up but true. I know smart people who have taught in Japanese Uni for a semester and the students didn't even know how to write/format/properly citate essays.

>The students didn't even know how to write/format/properly citate essays.
This is true for all colleges. The reality is people are just fucking retarded and if you don't have 130+ IQ you wont be able to do anything academic correctly without loads of experience.

What do arbitrary writing conventions have to do with intelligence?

If you can't follow instructions, then you aren't smart.

Your ability to follow basic instructions and check your own work.

What instructions?
This kind of thing is generally expected but never properly taught or requested.

You autistic fuck, literally kill yourself.

no, no, it's headpats

Did you go to college?

If you did, were you like, a communications or some other joke major? Did you go to community college?

Because the college I go to, we are expected to produce work to conventional, and professional standards in upper level classes, they are training us for a grueling experience in grad school and a professional career after all

In my college, failure to properly format essays is grounds for failure, regardless of the quality of the paper..

That's the point. was implying Japanese college is a joke because students aren't even required to properly format. I don't know how this turned into an IQ discussion.

>Le autism
Cool reply

No, I'm in STEM, and none of my professional works is related to writing essays or really anything with citations, unless I decide to go into research.
Generally in real work, each company does whatever they like, and have their own standards and practices. There's no standard international work methology even among those that stick to things like PMBOK.

> was implying Japanese college is a joke because students aren't even required to properly format. I don't know how this turned into an IQ discussion.
Holy shit you can't even read.

>Generally in real work, each company does whatever they like, and have their own standards and practices
>have their own standards and practices
>Le autism
Sure did prove how you aren't an autist right there.

>Some things have certain norms
>So you not knowing them beforehand with nobody informing you of them means you have low IQ
The autist here is you.

>Incapable of understanding the point
>hurr its you dats dumb

Right back at you.

>STEM
Oh, okay, I don't give a damn about what you have to say.

Let's put it this way, in engineering or computer science or whatever, there are certain ways to do certain things, like the formatting of programs or the properly writing equations in math/science right? A person not able to properly format and citate essays is the same as somebody who is unable to properly write code or equations. It shows a shit education system.

And more importantly, do you really know so little about the Japanese education system that you would defend it?

If getting into college is really difficult then most students should be smart. The point is that once they get into there not much is required of them, so it's easy.

>I bet you have some joke degree!
>AH! A STEMFAG! WHAT AN IDIOT
Make up your pointless ad hominem mind.

Also your analogy is garbage. Bad math simply doesn't work or is unreadable. Software design is not similar to formatting at all. There's coding conventions, but they are arbitrary and vary on each company/project, nobody gives a shit about the specific convention you use before you get hired and given the specification.
Formatting is just useless fluff unless it gets in the way of reading, and whatever is good or bad formatting is completely arbitrary.
You can't get blamed for not following the specification if you were never given it.

>Defending the Nip system
Nobody is doing that, pay attention.

Just like America then?

I'll never be with my waifu

>Senior English concentrators at Harvard often submit screenplays, memoirs, novels, a collection of poems or short stories for their creative writing thesis.
>all originally written songs, written, recorded and produced them himself
This sounds "easy" to you?

Cute girls do cute things

>well they didn't say that I should put closing brackets anywhere so I guess I just won't

His thesis advisor was a middle aged white guy, too, and was totally behind the project.

It's not like he didn't complete the regular coursework in English literature and only took classes in ebonics, you grognards. He had the okay from the Department and this was an optional project.

Missing brackets is broken code, not badly formatted code.

>If getting into college is really difficult
Its not

Girls like getting pat on the head.

And ignoring standard writing conventions doesn't make for a broken essay?

Contrary to popular belief, women do not have a cervix.
The vaginal canal leads straight to the uterus.

In Japan there are only a couple - 4 at the most but that is REALLY stretching it - universities that matter, and you need to have perfect grades to get into them.
'
Don't try to argue with a STEMfag, they won't listen.

No, not really.
We are talking "bad formatting and unaware of conventions" not "he speaks in tongues and ignores grammar"

>grammar isn't established by convention

>think this is going to be a navel thread
>it's actually a politics thread
Fug.

Writing essays and studying and all that shit
Ain't nobody got time for that shit
I'd rather spend it watching anime and shitposting
I don't need to get an education and a job I can just apply for NEETeuros and be settled for life, infact it's better not to get a degree so you're less likely to get a job when/if forced to apply in exchange for social security money

Very different, the convention is clear to both parties when the language is determined, and getting to college means you have been taught the convention in school beforehand.

>Ask for logical arguments and counterpoints to back what is said = they won't listen
Top kek

Japs are dumber than the other asians

If i go out and walk alot everyday maybe someday a truck will kill me and i will become the hero of another world

Second seat from the back wall is where important people sit.

Once you cum inside a woman with all your strength, she belongs to you now and forever, regardless of anything else in the world (including what she wants or feels)

That's a cute belly

What are some good countries to move to for dem welfare neetbucks?

I learnt that when you have sex, there is this rule that when you are about to cum, you have to scream I'm cummiiinggg or else the secret police will come to capture you.

>His thesis advisor was a middle aged white guy, too, and was totally behind the project.
I bet he asked the kid to fuck his wife too.

I don't think he had to ask.

>tfw living in bootstrapped america
