To sum it up, Kale's "LSS" is similar to the official manga's "unmastered" so to say SSB in the way how it burns out the (inexperienced) user and for this reason is only at its peak form at the very start, unless the user can through intensive training learn of ways to mitigate the SSB's drawbacks like both Goku and Vegeta have done so far.

Now this doesn't mean I am engaging on what if scenarios of Goku and Kale fighting for an extended time in the anime, but there is a clear contrast in how the both of them at their strongest respective forms would behave in such a situation.

Mortal level is the average power/technology level of the mortals in a universe. The higher it is the less chance there is for Zeno (The uncaring God) to erase your entire universe from existence for being too boring in his opinion.
I'm not sure on the threat level but it's probably just the likelihood that they'll just stomp everyone else's shit in.

DBS has its problems which makes it hard to really get into the details and theorycraft, but i think most of your points are quiet legit.

her tanking the SSB Kameha looked quiet weird. she took all the punches of SSB without flinching or actually any sign of impact even when he punched her right to the stomach. The "Berserker" name suggests that she does not feel pain but the injuries will eventually catch up to her. This does not seem to be the case here.

Instead she overheated after stomping through the SSB Blast. Maybe she absorbs energy attacks or something like that.

but proving that SSB is laughable to her whilst jiren dispatches her in an instant is just bad. that very much means team goku needs even bigger asspulls to be suddenly able to take Jiren on in the course of a single tournament. Can´t say i like that.

The finally fight will totally just be Goku vs this jacked as fuck ayylmao, isn't it? some atatatatatata for a 5-8 episodes and then some twist and everyone gets revived in the end.

This episode enraged the absolute fuck out of me. Let me count the ways.

1. 18 shitting on Krillin when he did exceptionally well for a "normal" human.

2. Vegeta learning nothing or remembering nothing from the previous Team Beerus VS Team Champa tournament.

3. Califu going SSJ2 just like fucking that. Sure she mentioned she went SSJ2 from her initial transformation from Cabba's explaination but just seeing Goku do it she remembered how to do it. effortlessly.

4. Kale. Her very existence is utter trash. She's unlikable in her official incarnation. Fan versions, who makes her get fucked in porn, do a way better job with making her tolerable. I guess ryonafags fapped furiously for this episodes though. Also Kale couldn't do shit till she got cucked by Goku and her sadness, self pity, jealous and I guess rage caused her to transform, however seems she sacrificed intelligence and turned into a pokemon with her "son goku" spam.

5. Kale effortlessly walked through Goku's one shot instant win SSJ Blue Kamehameha without taking a scratch. Her invulnerability or implied invulnerability against blue was utter horse shit. She also didn't kill anyone when she threw her balls all over the place.

6. Captain Ayylmao one shot Kale and Goku thought it would be a super fun idea to 1v1 someone who oneshot the person who almost raped him with her futa cock.

7. Gohan and co. Did absolutely fuck all. 17 and 18 are doing way more than them.

Forgot to add. If Califua learns SSJ blue just from watching Goku I'm dropping this fucking show.
