People who bought it all pretty much preordered it. They didn't go out to stores to buy it. I'd say it was on for 3 weeks which is pretty typical, but the only reason it managed that it because of the really low cut off two weeks ago.

It's not a bonus. It's what's being sold. It's a figure that comes with a BD. It's stocked and sold like a figure.

7 years ago PA Works was rocking the industry with Angel Beats averaging +30k per volume, now thier latest original cant break 2k on the first volume. What went so wrong?

Key fans buy anime. Even the garbage Little Busters adaptations got like 7-10k.

The true comparison is HanaIro and Shirobako, since Sakura Quest was advertised as the 3rd 'working girl' anime in the vein of those two. Hanairo sold 10k, Shirobako sold around 15k and Sakura Quest will average 1k. That's just terrible.
