How much does the fighting scene occupies the anime? 20%?

Perhaps it's just me, but I also find the fighting scenes uninteresting and difficult to follow. Between the use of CGI and a lot of "spinning" on the side of the camera. the action scenes just can't really engage me. Then there's also the fact that they feel like an interruption of the harem stuff rather than the harem stuff feeling like an interruption of the mecha action.
