Can someone explain to me what happened between the first and second series

Can someone explain to me what happened between the first and second series

because a lot changed between the original and sequel , and I feel like I'm watching two completely different unrelated shows.

Was there a web-series or something that tied the two together?

You need to watch Re:Life to understand the connection.

How are any of these shows related?

The correct order is Re:Zero, Re:Life, Re:Dline, Re:C and finally Re:Creators.

>forgetting about the Re:write spinoff
Come on now, I know it wasn't that good, but it's still a part of the story.

Because Re:monster, which is the second series of this trilogy isn't adapted yet.

user, you've forgotten about all of the crossovers that Re:Zero had. Stein's Gate Zero, for example.

They both have Re: in the title.

He needs to watch the prequel Fate ZERO first

He has to watch the original Stein's Gate VN and the original Fate VN or else he's spoiling himself.

how could you guys all forget the most important prequel, Zero kara Hajimeru Mahou no Sho

>skipping to Re:Creators after Re:Zero
>skips One Piece, Two Colors manga, Regalia: The Three Sacred Stars, Four Seasons: Fuuka to Nanami ONA, Five Manga, Six manga, and Eureka Seven
No shit you don't understand anything when you skipped 7 parts of the main series, and then the spinoff titles to go along with that.

What about Tokyo Magnitude 8.0?

That happens after Re:Creators.

Occultic;Nine?

Same. It's a continuation.

Right before Brave 10

Im guessing Inazuma Eleven comes after that one

>reading the Six manga when you can just watch No. 6

>watching that shitty adaptation

you should re watch if you do not understand.

You missed one between Re:Tard

They dropped the isekai plot and just got the characters back to the real world, it's one of the weirdest twists

Seriously though, why are there so many anime with "Re:" on the title?

>OP prepares a bait image for his bait thread
>Anons keep baiting and overbaiting each other
>Mehta thread where everyone judges the wittiness of each other's post based on the joke value
Sweet.

You missed the web series.

Chuckled.

>all jokes are bait
You should really interact with people in real life once in a while.

You forgot REEEEEEEE:gtfo.

...

Why would anyone subject themselves to watching Re:Zero?

I know, right? Imagine people actually having different tastes from yours.

Umm can you delete that post sweetie?

Obviously, because they can't understand what happens in Re:monster and Re:creators if they don't.

It's a part of the LN title trend to have a chuu2 title to convince readers to purchase it. They are more or less straightforward with "ReLife" or "ReZero", being redoing life and redoing progress from square one.

All of those chuu2 excessively long LN titles such as "Will you like me if I'm cute but slutty?" or "That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime" are used to grab the consumers' attentions when they are perusing through the shelves, so as to convince them to pull it off the shelf and read it.

when the studio execs start putting together a new project they exchange emails with the title of the show as the object, so when the director gets the job he sees that the title of the show is "Re: whatever"

Does it end with Tokyo Ghoul:re?

Actually it's They Were Eleven, Inazuma is just a quick and forgetable spinoff. After that you have to watch The Twelve Kingdoms.

What about ACCA: 13-ku Kansatsu-ka?

10/10
