Nothing great was ever built or achieved because it was "easy." Sure, that nice little dump of dopamine is nice but it's not lasting. The skills you learn from it are directly applicable to whatever you do in life. For me the best was hunting. I learned more about patience chasing deer as a teenager then I would have anywhere else. It also teaches you something about humility. When the stars align and you take that animal, remember you just snuffed out a life for the furtherance of your own. Take a minute to appreciate that fully them move on with that knowledge. That same feeling also occurs when you miss that one chip shot you know you should have made. The "everything is a learning experience" comes back as well.

You can easily take steps now, RIGHT NOW, to improve yourself and your life condition. Set realistic goals:
