Most of them are equally shit. IBO just scores a bunch of extra minus points because of how much potential it wasted. There is only like a handful of things related to Gundam that is even worth the viewers time. Unicorn for the animation, 0083 stardust for the art direction, turn a if you hate mech fights and are a green party voting hippy, zeta and cca for whatever reason you deem them worth it. Thats basically it I think. Maybe F91 if youre extremely bored or war in the pocket but outside of that you can bin the entire franchise. Actually, Thunderbolt season 1 for the art if you can stomach one of the most retarded casts to ever be shown on screen.

0079 had fantastic sound design and a couple legendary plot twists. It's hardly the bleakest treatment of The Horrors of War you can find in an anime, but it's worth watching once.

A lot of people like to shit on IGO, though I will mention that S1 is legitimately good, it just happens to have a lot of SoL segments. Because of the slow pacing, massive amounts of character interaction, and lack of actual action, a lot of people consider it a shit Gundam series.
I personally like S1 of IBO, the characters are fleshed out and things happens at their own pace.
S2 though isn't fun after watching S1. It's a complete tone and story shift and very forced character motivations, I would have preferred it if they had done a 10 year time skip because a lot of the things the characters do causes the character development setup in S1 to completely crumble.
