Technically Erika is one. Even though it is her real name, it is also a reference.

There is a serious lack of Black Forest names in general, do we actually know anyone other than Maho, Erika and Koume?

There is Sheska, but we don't know how canon she is in the manga. She is also suppose to be a native German.

The only other named KMM girl we have is Erikas friend in Phase Erika, Leila.

Then there is that eyepatch girl who appears in both RW and Phase Erika, but i think she has no name given.
