Of course there will still be those sort of weapons coming into the country, no boarder security is perfect. We still get illegal weapons regularly especially in melbourne, just a couple months ago another gun turn in was held as a way for criminals and bikers to get rid of illegal weapons without facing any punishment for possessing them and another 30000 were turned in. As long as the government does there job and enforce any restriction put in place then it should work.
