Princess Principal

What music do the PriPri's listen to?

Classical, Beethoven and all that shit.
Though Chise listens to animu songs.

If the steampunk age hasn't given birth to new styles of music, there is not much for them to chose between classic and peoples folk. Chises listens to ping-pong, Ange to whatever they play on the black lizard planet.

Anyone else notice that the Duke says "that woman" and not specifically Princess? Maybe he's onto Ange

Then "someone" will move "her" ahead as it cuts to the Princess. Is this foreshadowing? Have I become a girl who sees through lies?

...

You're just overthinking shit.

>enter the soldiers' carriage
>everyone is silently holding cards
>okay
>card swapping exposition ensues
>apparently no one gives a shit about these not-spies dialoguing away
>no reaction
>oh, so they're all fakes? Cool--
>some of them "react"
>wait what the fuck is going on?
>card swapping exposition continues
>no real human reaction going on
>just soldiers taking shit from maids I guess
>not a single word is muttered as to not interrupt the card swapping exposition
>card swapping exposition is apparently a thing now
Tfw too much of a brainlet.

toot toot

ah can you feel it?
it's these thread's iq's going up

>BY THE WAY GUYS, SHE'S USING THE SPELL AGAIN
>shes sad!

I thought this show was supposed to test my IQ. Why can't Japs into subtlety?

They're British Royal Guards, they're not supposed to move in the presence of others unless ordered.

>44
4 is such an unlucky number...

brainlet

Beato is cute!
She's cute!
Her voice is cute!
I want to tell her her robo voice is cute and watch her get flustered!

Is white people entertainment full of subtlety you need an English essay to explain it?

>CLANG

...

I thought the staff confirmed on Twitter that only Bea's neck was mechanical, but it looks like the blade hit the side of her head (and would have sliced her face off if it didn't hit metal). Either it's an animation messup or the staff were lying.

>I thought this show was supposed to test my IQ. Why can't Japs into subtlety?
Heh. Like your underdeveloped >Western brain can even begin to understand what is going on here. Owie, owie fly away? More like brainlet, brainlet fuck off.

I just realized that they didn't mention the word "spy" on the latest episode.

Probably because they didn't have to hide much from the people they dealt with this episode and they fought the bad guys head-on instead of using spy trickery on them. This was the least spy-like episode yet.

There was no real spy work, they functioned much more like a secret service

They were in disguise though because spies totally double as bodyguard when needed especially when escorting an otherwise completely defenceless princess. Not suspicious at all because they were totally disguised as maids, you see. Just spy things.

>Owie, owie fly away? More like brainlet, brainlet fuck off.
Nice.

Farts in a can

secret service is what fighting off a politically motivated attempt to kill her and those nips basically is

That's a secret service thing, not spies.

I don't think I can handle it if Ange smiles at me like that.

>Implying spies shouldn't be able to engage in open confrontations.

Guess James Bond isn't a spy at all. They'd be moles and thieves. Not spies.

I just wish this scene had less CLANG

Dorothy and Beato service old Japanese men for political gains

Thoughts?

Check out this brainlet... Look, spies can lie themselves into any job, this is a fact. And it is totally normal for a royal princess to be escorted by a troupe of maids and no bodyguards at all. That wouldn't raise any flags whatsoever. Maybe this show is just too much Cold War for you.

>I thought this show was supposed to test my IQ. Why can't Japs into subtlety?

It's not. Go watch Aho Girl to be challenged intelligently

...

Perfection.

>tfw all of Beato's body is mechanical

I want to fuck Beato's steamy mechanical pussy

That's secret service.

I wish she squeezed my head between them after heavy workout.

I don't think the maid outfits was fooling anyone. Those Japs weren't the least bit surprised when two of them jumped onto a train and started shooting a possible assassin

So how did this episode trigger the resident Jap haters of Sup Forums?

Th-That looks like the Titanic

In b4 "Captain Obvious"

I forgot what makes it impossible to expect that Ange is actually the princess, especially when both can easily disguise as each other.

I'm more surprised at the fact that the samurais choose to katana their way through the assassination mission and not gatling gun the fuckers from their superior vantage point to quickly get it over with. As far as retardation goes, this is a much bigger offender than simple ineffective maid disguises.

Why didn't they just line the traintracks with dynamite???

I kissed a lizard and I liked it, I hope my Beato don't mind it.

All passenger liners of the time did.

Killing the Princess accidentally would probably have started an international war. They wanted to keep it domestic

>So how did this episode trigger the resident Jap haters of Sup Forums?
I don't see how it did. This was Jap Hater: The Episode.

>Why didn't they just line the traintracks with dynamite???
I... I-I mean, they even gone to all the trouble of renting out a train, user. Why would they waste it?

Why didn't they just sink the Titanic?

icwutudidther

Chance he escapes? I don't know, why didn't they just kill him at home?

Child bearing.

>Killing the Princess accidentally
Isn't that the point why normandy actually helps them?

Funnily enough, probably that was exactly what the duke wanted: a machinegun / dynamite bloodbath. Instead, those barbarians decided to go with their weird melodramatic customs.

There is literally no reason for the episodes to have aired out of orded

Hint: match the cards with the corresponding cards from tarot. Match the meaning of these cards with what is being said during the dialogue.

Why did samurai man tsk-ed when the princess passed by him then? That made it sound like she was a target. Ange even thank assassin spy for protecting the princess which implies she was in danger.

Pulling a Haruhi always makes for publicity, be it good or bad.

...

She listens only to authentic field recordings of biwas

Princess is a lucky girl.

There is. Having the team be complete in the first episode will introduce us to the main cast all at once and tell us what they do. So then they can pull back and show us how they got there.

She was going to stop the train and they could escape.

Who will be the surprise full body cyborg?

Can't wait for Dorothy's episode. Her interactions with her father should shed a light over her true motivations behind joining a spy ring.
Also, Beatrice being forced to visit a morgue.

It's at an angle behind her head, the neck would still be the first point of impact.
The CLANG makes it seem like her whole skull is metal though.

From a narrative perspective, what is the purpose of a non-chronological story? Filtering IQ?

No, he wanted Ange in the fight as I pointed out

Giving you a fun reason to rewatch it.

Wow, thanks! Suddenly the scene isn't awkward at all. Stupid brainlet me.

Post more bloomers.

You're missing the point, user. They never really cared about the princess' wellbeing.

This explanation satisfies me the best, thanks user.

Be quiet.

I hope they introduce some enemy spy team that can take on these murder machines for the final fight scenes. Ange and Chise seem overpowered compared to whatever they faced before. Gazelle has the potential to pull out some exotic weapons.

It's no that different from a series that starts with a complete team then each main character gets a flashback, but after the next episode I don't why they should keep doing this.Unless they pull a dick move and air part of the final mission around episode 7-8 and then go back to the past again to make the audience connect the dots.

It's possible considering when he meets Ange and Princess at the ball, he says as someone in his profession, he never forgets a face as if he knew

I think it helped to make Chise's introduction a bit more meaningful.

Imagine if this was her introductory episode.
I wouldn't have cared as much, but in this way I actually was curios about how she became part of the team.

Nah, he tried to have Princess killed this episode, and when that failed, he decided to marry her off. The purpose is the same, get rid of her.

The post you responded to was about the tsk of the samurai when she ran by, which didn't necessarily mean he wanted to kill her. He obviously didn't care about her wellbeing and the Duke was counting on it.

That's so Monogatari. We avant-garde now

Now another seven days wait starts.

Some 2ch comments.

>Battle scene was incredible.
>This episode was amazing, really liked it.
>It was enthralling like a movie. Chise is very cute.
>The battle scene was amazing but "Itai no, itai no, tondoke" was really touching.
>It was an amazing episode.
>If it was just a few cm different Beato would have been decapitated.
>Really interesting episode. Swords fighting animation was unbelievable. Haven't seen such a high level battle scene in a long time. Script, direction and animation were all perfect.
>Animation calories was amazing.
>What happened with the card game?
>This might be the most interesting anime this season.
>Chise's sword fight was amazing, but Ange's legs were also super echi.
>You don't have to broadcast the theatrical version over air first.
>Amazing I hope the animation doesn't get exhausted by this.
>Train battle with spies has been done before but it interesting. The sword fighting scene will go down in anime history for recent years.
>We should bow down to the staff that made something this high quality.
>Couldn't they see Princess' panties when they bow down like that. Maybe her skirt is a bit too short?
>Felt like Madoka in the BGM for the battle scene.
>Are there two seasons seeing as theres a case 18 or maybe the will make an OVA?
>They can do it in other media like novels and game.
>Swordfight was amazing.
>Maybe the playing cards was just stylish direction and there wasn't any deep meaning.
>Love the Ebata walk.
>Time shuffle will be interesting because you will notice extra things watching again.
>Probably the best battle scene of the current season.
>The action animation was nice but I want the story to be done in order.

Yes, a nice patricidal and meaningful introduction about making the owie fly away. I can feel my IQ growing already.

But user, I don't disagree with you at all. It seems that the Duke was counting on it, to be sure, but what is certain is that the samurais didn't give a shit about the princess since they were all about crashing these trains with no survivors. So my point still stands: if they didn't give a flying toss about her royal ass, why that retarded assassination mission? This is hurting my brainlet miiiiiiiinnnddd.

>>Chise's sword fight was amazing, but Ange's legs were also super echi.
We are not so different, you and I.
>>Couldn't they see Princess' panties when they bow down like that. Maybe her skirt is a bit too short?
Goddamn japs.

My god. Are they literally us?

Every one of those is something these threads have posted.

Figures they lose their shit over sword fights, it was really nice tho.

>>Are there two seasons seeing as theres a case 18 or maybe the will make an OVA?

They really are just like us.

Has it really been that much time since a good sword fight? the fuck happened to animu?

Look at these brailets. Can't into spy intrigue but lose their shit over your run of the mill fight sequence.

Not that Sup Forums is much difference.

Smartest comments for the smartest pripri.

Either the brainlet meme is real and I really can't understand this show or Nips just have the worst taste.

Shit, meant for

I don't get what was "retarded" about it. You mean why didn't the train have a gatling gun or why they didn't remove the traintracks? Those questions are pretty pointless, you can rationalize why they would have them just as much as you can rationalize why they wouldn't. Just roll with it.

how big is dorothy cock anyway

>Ebata walk
I didn't know this was a thing. Cool.
