Serious question, Sup Forums......Anti-GMOers say that food should remain pure, in it's natural state, yet these same people are most likely the type to say there are more than two genders? Bit of a strawman here, but I think you see my point. Why can't gender remain pure, as God/Nature intended?

The problem is we want to define reality, but in order to do so we just first process information through our human bodies which are flawed therefore we never are able to accurately define it so we get stuck in a loop of revising and revising.

What needs to happen is for people to understand they cannot know reality, and accept their inability to ever know and move on with life and try to define the world in a HUMAN way. The human way is indeed boy/girl. Anything further takes you down the luciferian/forbidden apple slippery slope described above.

First a few of my credentials -
gramps was a farmer, my dad an engineer, i'm a biologist. While I work in agri-biotech at a leading institution I also run a "not-so-hobby" farm that serves as an integrated systems research platform and laboritory

Long story short I've got a foot on "either side of the tracks" which is basically my life story

Now that i've typed this it seems unnescessary, but fuck it

But if I'm all for GMO food, do I have to accept a human's right to alter their natural state?

Libs in general are too neurotic to think complicated subject matters through. You cant blame them, society is a clusterfuck these days, and NPR is shoving incomplete analysis of a million different issues every day

Anyway - theres good and bad with GMOs
the good - its fucking awesome and will cut breeding times down for crop domestication/ innovative traits still yet discovered

The bad - Farming as a whole needs a ground up rethink. A Green Revolution 2.0

GMOs in agriculture promote a shortcut in holistic practices that are fine on a small scale, and really, honestly, not a threat to human health (or the enviorment on a small scale)

But is not an infinitely salable system. You can have 10 acres of round up ready corn - thats not a problem. Its when you cover the entire state of Iowa with the shit is when you cause incalcuable consequences the best science can not accurately measure or comprehend divisively (at the moment)

so you have to go back to good ole fashoined instinct

idk, this is what ive dedicated my career to so anytime i get to say my peice i get excited.

as for how that relates to gender and libs...

no problem. like i said, i dont have all the answers. but since ive decided to devote my career to our ag system i think about it a lot.
Its come to the point the only way I can make a others change is by setting an example they want to willfully follow. (hence my personal farm)
But thats easilly a 20 year project, and I don't know how it will turn out! But at least Ill be able to say i did what I could. Have a good one
