With all this talk of Diversity being an inherent good, I have never once, ever, come across any hard evidence of this and runs contrary to established trends showing diverse societies being more fractured and divided. If there's anyone here with the answer, please enlighten me.

Basically it's just people who ate at an ezotic restaurant one time basing complex political beliefs off of isolated expeiences. They don't see how I have a friends who is X will turn into all my neighbors are X.

I wanted to see their reasoning. For all this talk of "diversity is our strength" as though it is a tenet of faith to be pursued no matter what. All I get is platitudes and sermons about "perspectives", but never any reasoning as to how diversity is an advantage, while decrying any doubt as sinful bigotry.

Well it’s simple.
The left depends on votes, and overwhelmingly migrants/immigrants vote for the left. So that’s why within the lobby’s the government gets in migrants in order of them to be dependent on the system with which the government works for.
Whites overwhelmingly aren’t for bigger government, hence why the government are bringing in people that are not only going to vote for the left, but are dependent on the system. They think multiculturalism is great because it brings them more voters, more political power.

Diversity is good when you need diverse opinions. For example, in marketing if you want to hit target audiences, having different people who understand and can cover doesn't segments of the market is good. Diversity is also good when doing any sort of sampling. You want to make sure your product appeals and works for blacks as much as it does for whites because capitalism.

Homogeneous in contrast is good when you want to reach a solution fast and done well. In situations where the goal is know, and you just need to do the work, a homogenous group will work together better. They will be less language and culture barriers, they'll have similar approaches. They'll put out more consistent and coherent work (as long as their culture isn't opposed to the goal.) This is also the case in most aspects of work. This is not politically correct though, so we say diversity is good always

That's one answer I considered, but there's a strong... ideological slant to it as well. As in people genuinely believe diversity is an inherent good without explaining how. For every Cynical votemonger, there's nine true believers.

An example, Singapore. Singapore, despite being >70% Ethnically Chinese, still has to enact very draconian policies (which would make even the most dedicated liberal balk) in order to mitigate any potential unrest like that which befell Austria Hungary (itself a multicultural state).

The Liberal will say "Singapore is prosperous because it's diverse!" but they will not explain /why/, and not consider other factors.

Marketing as in a marketing team, but yes, one can use diversity in movies to try to appeal to different market segments. You just have to be careful you don't drive other segments away.

There was that Harvard study in 2006 that concluded that communities with more diversity are less trusting and have less civil engagement. Of course it isn't good, a simple thought experiment proves it. If diversity is so good, wouldn't it be self evident? Why do we have to be told over and over (conditioned) that it is a good thing? Answer: because it isn't and it is contrary to human nature.

They tend to go into pseudobiology which is almost as bad as the redpillers, only replacing Alpha/Beta Male with "diversity is necessary in agriculture/ecosystems, let's copy/paste that to societies!"

This is the left mate, they are purely based on ideological terms, nothing else.

What they don’t take in consideration is the IQs of the populations. There is a high population of Chinese in Britain, relavity high IQ, haven’t changed there cultural but still function in society. Other communities like the Somalian and Jamaican don’t. And this is due their intelligence. They keep their cultural, but don’t function and also are vastly dependent of the state.
What you have to realise with the left is that they don’t have any morals, so they will do anything to push their political agenda across for power. Hence why they don’t care about the rape gangs, the terror attacks, the mass demographic shift of one people to another, high crimes rates. It boils down to really r/k genes.

Why would a company advocate for diversity in their communities when they could go on the internet and have all the information and people available to them?
