This show fails so miserably at revealing any new information that most viewers werent already aware of prior to watching it that I really dont get what the point of its existence is.

Since it doesn't take place in high school I guess it's literally impossible for 99% of Sup Forums to comprehend it.

The conflict is basically not there and most episodes are boring episodic episodes.

The show just isn't interesting enough to keep up with it on a weekly basis. I started backlogging it four episodes ago and I'll marathon it when it's done. The anime one was far more interesting because it was anime related, no one actually watched it for the personal drama.

On the vacation episode, where they mentioned something about Manoyama having empty houses, the government having benefits for pregnant mothers buying homes, the mention of rural areas needing to revitalize their population more than a tourism revival, I felt like they were going somewhere, and cour two would be about them tackling the real problem, but instead they teach old people how to shitpost.

So Pink Girl stays as queen because past memories/complex feelings/whatever; Boring Girl helps out because that's her job---but why is Computer Girl giving away tens of thousands of yen's worth of web design service away for free, and what convinced Actor Girl to help them in their fool's errand? It's like, "As cute girls, it's simply our nature to serve cute girl protagonists."

I wasn't the only one who noticed. It's almost uncanny.

Sorry for not thinking 3 episodes is too little to learn basic information about why a character chooses to do what they're doing. Yeah, I'm sure once I learn why Computer Girl is so bizarrely generous in episode 16, it will make her confusing behavior from the previous 15 totally justified. (Never mind that there's zero foreshadowing that it even is something to be given a reveal; the show just sort of assumes there's nothing strange about someone making websites for free.)

You cant "save" the town with tourist traps. You need build school, houses, streets, companies but SQ writers think you can "save" the town with a fucking amusement park.

They have more houses schools and roads than they use at the moment, because everyone's leaving.

Sakura Quest's final arc needs to simply be the girls sitting around negotiating tables with a company to do just this.
