Welcome to nursing. Not only are nursing ethics defined by mandated SJW bullshit, but it's primarily a female profession, and outside of using men as human forklifts, they really don't want you intruding into their domain.

As a guy in nursing school, I faced so much bullshit it was unreal. Not only were all the male students actively harassed for not acting exactly like what they thought a female student should act like (while the women mostly acted like schoolgirls and crack whores), the RN staff at the clinical sites constantly made up bullshit about them. Not one male student made it through the program without constant harassment, unfounded allegations of cheating for good academic performance, or unfounded allegations of sexual misconduct. Any display of competence was labelled as aggression towards others, regardless of the level of humility displayed. I was personally accused of sexual harassment once for introducing myself to the nurse I was assigned to for a clinical shift. "Hi, I'm user. It looks like we'll be working together today ... is there anything you'd like me to do before report?" LITERAL RAPE!

I remember sitting in the office of the program director with two of my instructors after being accused of harassing other students in the first month of my first quarter. My crime? I apparently passed a couple of them in the hallway during a break when I was running to the bathroom without stopping to gossip. I shit you not, I was accused of lateral violence for "aggressively ignoring" my classmates in a flagrant display of "white privilege" and "toxic masculinity". When I began questioning the validity of the accusation, it resulted in the three of them screeching at me for being hostile and aggressive. Three women foaming at the mouth and yelling as I spoke calmly, and I was the hostile one ... I was the aggressive one.

There is a reason that there is a nationwide voluntary drop rate of >60% for male students in nursing programs.

When I left college dad got me into his company after his boss asked him if I wanted to work there.

I was hired as a CNC machine service technician, for the first few months I was only making $12.50/hr (Kentucky here so lower salary). But when I passed the classes they sent me to (26 weeks) I was making $17/hr. Worked with them for 2 years making $20/hr by the end of it.
