Not everyone can learn or is cable of learning special skills and those people are still important to society as whole because surely you as a doctor don't want to or have no time to keep your house clean while you're saving lives but had those "cleaners" "cooks" not existed then it would be extra stress on you to upkeep your house and yourself while falling to pressures of your high skill job.
