I doubt she's either of those, I see no reason why she shouldn't just be what she's stated to be; that is the child of Big Mom from a member of the three eye tribe. Whilst it is true that there's potential for her to come back into the story later on, that could be worked in very easily based on our existing understanding of her character as it currently stands.

Strong CoA is likely a powerful counter to the physical abilities of her fruit, though it's possible that it could still have some damaging effect on CoA coated individuals, just not in the same petrifying manner.

He didn't care about the marriage when talking to Luffy. He only stayed because he wanted to save his family, he doesn't care about Pudding.

She could, but I don't see why that would be the case. In addition, as far as we know, she's been in Big Mom's territory all her life, given the flashbacks. Also, she put forward the idea that she's been focused on playing the role that Big Mom desired of her for a very long time now, which would suggest her efforts have been in service to Big Mom rather than any other outside individual or source.

Her lack of intro box is slightly odd, however it could have something to do with the fact that she was introduced a couple of times to both Sanji and the reader a couple of times before actually meeting the main cast. I do still think it's odd that she didn't get an intro box when her companions did, however I'm not sure if or when Oda will do anything with it. It could even be as simple as a mistake on his part.

I think he is, but a lot of people want to believe that he's a tier above Mihawk, so they say he is not strictly a sword fighter and thus not a "swordsman".

I would say that the only thing that makes Shanks stronger than Mihawk is his conqueror's haki, and other than that they are roughly equal.

To be fair though, it was still unclear at that point if Pudding was telling the truth in that chapter, given her duplicitous behaviour previously. It did make sense that she would be lying, given the situation and the manga frame with Sanji's picture looking positive rather than negative. However, at that point, it was possible that Oda could have been going that insulted path with her so people were divided.

There's even a chance she's still lying, given her recognition as a master actor. Albeit I think that's incredibly unlikely as she came across genuine when speaking to Chiffon, someone whom she likely gets along with better than her other siblings given the Lola connection.
