Was a faggot kid that got beat up on the playground and tried to use Tokusatsu as an escape. Projected his problems onto the monsters of those shows since the bullies made him the monster in their games. Never grew up past his hatred of "heroes" and was actually a badass martial artist with great potential.

Decided that he was going to be a human monster but is so fucked in the head he can't realize that real monsters are horrifying abominations with no remorse, and gets a lot of innocent people injured by product of taking out top heroes during a crisis. Not to mention the heroes he injured were not universally reprehensible.

At the end of the day he was a loser that needed to be put down. Unfortunately he was also stronger than the entire S-class thanks to his saiyan biology and skills.

That's wrong. He was trying to break the standard - create a villain that would be perceived as the real hero by people. That shit is extremely hard.

He ultimately succeeded, however, since the kid recognized him as his hero over the pros. That kid is the sole reason why Garou got his will to live back.
