By length.

if this was possible, you could exploit the objective rating system and pump out insta-10s every time

By number of loads blown.

Yes, just solve P vs. NP

Why is more easy analyze movies or series than anime?

Plenty of them, but none of them are particularly useful for judging their quality as entertainment. Like

Anime and manga like any form of art must base their evaluation on subjectivity ie their ability to be appreciated by people.
So ironically the only "objective" means of measurement would would be made out of a subjective opinions.
Basically "whatever the masses like the most", but of course such a metric would extremely bother fellow Sup Forumsnons, because then stuff like naruto would be held higher than something like, say, evangelion.
Seeing as anons won't agree no matter what and any other metric would be pulled straight from someone's ass, there's no point at all in discussing this in the first place.

>subjective observer making an objective observation
Sure.

The Akira movie sucks and is vastly inferior to the manga.

Insert joke about some random ass hentai being the best anime ever

Yes you simply measure it with an Animeterâ„¢

Yes

1. Consistency in regards to writing can be judged objectively. If suddenly theres a twist that was never even remotely implied then thats just bad and lazy writing. If a character doesnt develop over the course of 25 episodes its bad and lazy writing (because whats the point in following someone who doesnt change, unless hes just a story sidekick like Ginko is in Mushishi for example). If the plot is overly stretched to extend the duration of a show (see most shows from the 70s-90s, particularly most Gundam shows like MSG and Zeta) then thats just bad (and lazy) writing since you dont want to turn a story with substance into one that lacks a certain level of drive for a third of its duration just because you need to add filler to make money.
2. Animation can also be judged objectively. The more fluent the animation the better it is. Now, of course someone could say that choppy animation has its upsides, but that doesnt change the fact that fluent animation is objectively better from a technical standpoint. The more fluent the animation, the better the animators performed. Choppy animation being a stylistic choice is really only an argument brought up by people who are unable to accept that their favourite work isnt as good as they might think.
3. Sound design can, to a certain extend, be judged objectively. The more detail the studio puts into the voice actiong and the more time it invests to create a huge amount of insert songs to fit every situation possible the better. Whether or not VAs match or OST is good is subjective, though.
4. Art direction is the toughest one. There isnt really anything objective about it. However, if youd ask me people should all share an opinion on one thing: the ability to make a fictional world look coherent through shading, detailing, proper choice of color palettes and the artists imagination is a million times more impressive and therefore superior than copying real life environments (see most Ghibli movies).

waiting for peer review, after that this becomes the best reply ever

Is there a website for anime reviews? (no myanimelist)

Yes, but no one is able to judge a series as well as you yourself can.
Figuring out what you like and why you like it is miles better than reading some other idiots opinion.

Ok, but you can name them?

Ideon be invoked is best japanese animation film ever made

People are still seriously asking this question?
