Looks like Mike Tyson's old estate in Ohio.

I bet everything is mildewy and rotten.

A crumbling one bedroom house in the heart of pakitopia.

This inside is nice. The outside is why it is so cheap. If it came with the things inside in the pictures, it would be a good bargain. Unfortunately, you'd have to live in Sturgis.

What is the point of posting these threads

South West Michigan of all places.

This big ass crib with a pool, 6000 square feet for $40,000 (€32.000)

sreality.cz/detail/drazby/dum/rodinny/jimlin-jimlin-/297296220#img=0&fullscreen=false

Jeez, that pool is cygan-tier.
No wonder that shithole costs so little.

Show me some comfy castle for sales in Slovakia.
Would buy.
Budget is €1m

the real question is what are the property taxes. They'd be 20k/yr if that house were where I'm at.

6k sqft and they have a handful of pics and what indoor shots there are looks like it's a cramped economy.

For around 200k you can buy a rural cottage, multiple bathrooms and bed rooms, land, no nigger within a 50km radius, fresh air and clean water.

For 300k+ you can get a manor house or a whole church

again, it's about the property taxes, which can end up being as much or way more than sticker price.

100sqft if were lucky, usually some chink will pay over asking and then just let it sit unloved in

Ohio has amazing prices on homes but what you save in property will be spent on home security as guard dogs. You wouldn’t believe how bad it is here.

>Run down
>Nasty carpet
>Soggy wooden back porch
>Moldy rock walls
>Middle of nowhere
>Exterior looks like a school for disabled kids
>Interior looks like an oversized stripper dressing room with a pool slide from a school for disabled kids

Its because of the location, the style of architecture is extremely trendy.
It also needs a lot of work and upkeep.

>rural cottage, multiple bathrooms and bed rooms, land
that makes it a decent sized house, looking from the pic.did not know you build such houses, really nice.
depends on a location burger. like that one you post must be in the mid of nowhere.

Not sure about US property taxes...

In the UK you pay one time stamp duty when you purchase a house, but if your house is less than 300k and it's your first buy this is waived.

You then only pay council tax which is usually between £100-200 a month on a small to medium house.

Considering the location, this is likely to go for about the same or ~400'000$

svenskfast.se/hus/kalmar/hultsfred/hultsfred/hornstigen-3/147264#bilder

In Texas it's a yearly thing, and it goes up every year. If you were to buy a house at 20 at 70 you would have paid more in property tax than what you paid for the house. If you got a loan to buy the house, you will have paid as much in interest as what you paid for it. Basically any price you see, the actual cost is 3x+ here. You guys don't have free speech but based on your description you do have property ownership, unless you forgot to mention any other yearly fees you're forced to pay for.

in this day and age what does location have to do with it? I can go from ATL to NYC in 2 and a half hours.

Looks like a hotel in Colorado during the 70s

Council tax is the only one you absolutely have to pay. It goes towards public infrastructure; road upkeep, rubbish collection, public parkland, etc...

Our taxes are actually pretty low across the board (excluding fuel, booze and fags), especially for people on low to middle incomes.

so how much is council tax? does it vary? If so, what do they base the rate they tag you with?

you couldn’t pay me to live in buttfuck nowhere SW michigan in a house that looks like a daycare for retarded kids

t. detroitfag

£100 a month for a general price, goes towards mindless public sector peons

Are taxes are insanely high, half of them are hidden, we are needlessly nickeled and dimed on almost everything

>are

godamn I woke up stupid today

Rarely more than £200 and even then that's only for a nice house in a good area. It's set by local councils themselves and not by government.

Income tax is pretty low desu.

But yeah, VAT is quite high and hidden taxes like insurance premium tax are stupid. Our tax system isn't that bad compared to socialist Euro hellholes.

>paying top dough for a house made of fucking wood

$1680 usd/year, cheaper than my $4600.
>nickle and dimed
so do we, registration and license fees, half the price of gas is actually tax, sales tax, utilities are a rip off, practically doesn't pay to be economical because most of what they charge you is "hookup" fees and whatever else bullshit labeling they come up with. People have calculated it before, we're taxed at 40-60% depending on your income. You have to be shitskin leech poor or jew rich to avoid getting taken to the cleaners in the states.

House looks like it was made in the 80s. Nope

The entire country.

Arround the same price i'd say 300k€

Still not a shit in wood , low maintenance to do ... zero maintenance/service to do for the next 30years mini to 50 years , out of painting

3700 square feet , + the total basement ... you can probably put at least 6 cars in it. ( maybe less because of the pool I guess .. )

I will finish to migrate in the middle of europe it seem like if france keep being worse.

weirdly in hungary it's more expensive. probably because of german.
are price comparable in republic czech ?

>This big ass crib with a pool, 6000 square feet for $40,000 (€32.000)

amsp the 6000 square feet are the size of the yard ... not of the home , which is literraly a cuckyard , even mine is 8500~ and it's fucking small

the house is 1614 square feet.

It seemed like the house wasn't that big on your pics compared to the windows...

To slide.

>$375k for a house with a pool
lol because it's unironically creepy as fuck. it looks like you'd get herpes just sitting down.

but also
>Some fucking middle-of-nowhere exit town off I-90
yeah nothx

In my town, that wouldn't even buy an old shitty condo.

zillow.com/homes/for_sale/Westlake-Village-CA/16490318_zpid/41673_rid/34.226422,-118.78006,34.043983,-119.007683_rect/11_zm/

>adobe hut collapses in earthquake

Pretty much look like a brothel frost in the past or a star porn mc mansion from the 70's.

probably coast 3k$ of heat bill every month as it seem like insulation is non existent.

probably coast you 1 year of your time every fucking 5 years to process the wood. as it's proably not douglass pine it's probably a ruin.

Definetly a trap.

European house might be smaller and expensiver , but you are quite cool for decades with about zero maintenance to do in it.

Yeah it's in rural Czech for 30k what do you expect

At least it's close to Germany and 100% white

Id tear down pic related immediately after moving in, cant risk attracting any swedes

Also sage for dumb non politics slide bullshit.

this peice of shit

You have to pay over 900k USD to get something in the league of a 300k American house

that indoor pool will destroy the house because it doesn't include the proper HVAC equipment to control the humidity and ensure that it doesn't

that's why it's affordable. idiot

>zillow.com/homes/for_sale/74810690_zpid/41.848465,-85.316648,41.746085,-85.501184_rect/12_zm/1_fr/

I'd rather be far away from germany as they are one of the master cancer tumor in Europe.
I saw decent house in poland 30km from danzig / Gdansk for 70k€ for 150m2.

In better condition that the slovakian one and all finished with a 6x bigger yard in a little town.

But still 30k€ is not even the double of the material to build it ... it's really cheap.
Get an insulation by exterior on the top of this and a wood boiler coupled to a solar pannel and good windows , you probably do not reach 70k€

for something close to a passive house.

I will keep that in mind.

How are laws about guns there ? if i get easier a cz75 easier in france than in czech republic it would kinda suck ...

Depends on where, but in the countryside you'd get a really good place.

I’m in love

I think you should read up on what pol actually stands for

>5 beds 4 baths 4,000 sqft
>$269,000

zillow.com/homedetails/1531-Bayside-Way-Hixson-TN-37343/41401888_zpid/

A shitty wood house build with 2"x3" pine wood ratfer framing with plywood.
insulation non existent as you can see the rafter from the roof.
shingles roof.
Water mark in the bathroom as it's leak from the roof.

Are you even trying amerinigger ? all you show is ruin.

I cant read, im an education refugee.

Fuck I hate Australia & NZ house prices.

These threads make me want to die.

>These threads make me want to die.

In western europe a house construction coast arround 1200€/m2 totally finished with the last norme. 2k€ to get a passiv house.
and you don't have any maintenance to do for the next 3 to 5 decades.
In a rural environement i'd say you can find land a 10€ to 70€ m2 than you can build on it depend where you are ( far from the coast in general in the middle of france is probably even cheaper where there is more cow than inhabitant.)
no earth quake neither tornadoes.

Why not building it yourself or prefab houses and you customize the rest. Why paying premium for the little research of the others did to build it?

>Why not building it yourself or prefab houses and you customize the rest. Why paying premium for the little research of the others did to build it?

prefab houses compagny are crapy in general.
they are using people misery to their mercy.

each other is workfield also ... not everyone is manual i'd say.
And if it's for destroy a tones of money it might not worh it to build a crap.

Years ago I was looking for half kit house. and from my experience they'd charge me almost the same price than other constructor.

and I had to do everything in plumbing / electricity / gypse dry wall / insulation .
diging trench for electricty / swewer

They'd only build the wall the windows and the roof and the second stair floor .
And you know what I'd have saved a little 5k€.
Fuck thoses compagny.
Ya better bet on a traditional building compagny if you don't know people in the building.

>zillow.com/homes/for_sale/74810690_zpid/41.848465,-85.316648,41.746085,-85.501184_rect/12_zm/1_fr/
why doesn't Sup Forums buy it and make the first centralized com center lol

Don’t listen to the the other Americans in this thread, the cheap houses are all hundreds of miles away from any major city with decent work, or they’re in the niggerest ghetto imaginable. A decent house in a city with a growing economy can easily hit 800k. You could probably find a cheap house in the middle of the outback, same idea really

That what I saw in Alaska or Canada near the oil fields in a little city 5-6 years ago , nothing under 400k$ ... for a 1500 square feet house with a cuckyard.

I'd rather stay in france with an average wage and a 2% loan ( with insussance 100% in )

>sims house.jpg
