Can you stop saying this? Ectomorphs, which most of pol probably is, should aim for half hour -45 min of lifting because of their metabolism. They will "lose their gainz". If you're naturally bulky, then sure.

All beginners and even most intermediate lifters should keep the intense portion of their training under 45 min. It has proven hormonal benifits and all the other shit is a waste of time. If you are an experienced lifter (many years of consistent training) going for more than that is not going to kill muscle growth.

Imo bodybuilding is faggotry and most would be better suited avoiding the barbell until they've set the proper foundations with calisthenics, cardio and martial arts training. Get lean and improve your balance, strength and internal organ function, then lifting will start to matter and pay dividends.

If you're going keto, make sure to add more salt to your diet. "Lite" salt with sodium and potassium is a good idea. Don't worry about over doing it, you need about 6 times the RDA to be at substantial risk. Break it up during the day, if possible

Ive tried self improvement for about a month but i just cant get out of my pit.
