Dragon maid has heart, there is no doubt. Its a good mix of CGDCT, SoL, but with a touch of amusing and entertaining oddball-ness, but for me, got to go with, Non Non Biyori hits the mark. I was legitimately bummed when I finished watching it since there was no more.
