On both clips there's a voice radio in the background. If we can hear that, maybe we can confirm the clip with the time reference is continuous and not fake, and also that the other clip is edited explicitly to cut that part off.

Apparently from my understand its just a recording of Hoggs doing an interview of someone while hiding in a closet while the whole thing is going on. He says 9:32 while the shooting began at 2:20 so that is fishy a bit...I'm trying to see if I can confirm the recording was in fact supposedly taking while the shooting was happening.
