When DB aired in my country, for some reason they used french dub and added a voice-over in my language. Translation was absolutely abysmal, as Saiyans were "cosmic warriors", Goku's name was changed to "Songo" and Piccolo was "Satan Heart".

Some of them are good, some of them are bad, some of them are legendary and are so bad they make the entire series worth watching with the dub (like with HnK, though it would make zero sense to someone who can't speak french).
The dubbing industry for movies and tv series is usually of pretty good quality, though.
