Personally I feel like Rai will use the electrical source as planned, but it might be harder for him since Urban is after him first.

I think we might see some CQC between the two while Rai is trying to get the fuel, or maybe he'll run back to the 6th pole and shower, since there is no one there to take it down, now that Doremi is chasing Gappy.

It is unknown as to why Yasuho did not decay as quick as the two cops that arrived on the scene.
Perhaps Urban can indeed control the rate of decay or maybe it has to be due to the amount of sunlight present, like stated in the wiki.
Maybe we can assume that it does not stop completely because Rai even had to cut his own hand off even though they knew that they cannot kill him.

I doubt Holly was affected by Brain Storm like the spoileranon mentioned as his own opinion.
It wasn't just her brain that was taken, Holly also had sections of her kidney, sections of her lungs, and gall bladder missing.

How do all of you feel about this last chapter, overall? Any nitpicks?
I have to say, I haven't been feeling the art in this arc, and the dialogue in this chapter was particularly clunky, though that may be HWMN's fault and not a flaw of the chapter itself.
Gappy has been quite weird as of late, and Yasuho being in the same position for like 6 pages straight really bothered me, not to mention Gappy's bubbles have been looking, and acting, like rocks or something, those things are solid now, I swear to god. The bubbles making a big ass explosion on Doremi was strange but I'm glad we're being introduced to this level of power from those now and not at a crucial moment, still awkward as fuck tho.
I liked seeing Urban come and act on his own, his attitude was definitely the highlight this time.

Is Urban supposed to sound like Randy Savage?

Kinda of a dick move to just turn S&W into KQ so far into the story.

What do you mean? You wanted a different design?
You have to remember Gappy is still mostly Josefumi, and I like that the design stays the same because Gappy looks more like Kira than Josefumi, making both seem present.
And the abilities are not exactly the same either, it can still plunder, but Josefumi's S&W can mend stuff, doing things like grafting, that Gappy can't do. Gappy got KQ's explosions instead of that.

What do you mean? Personality wise? Art wise, sure he's been plundering his own joints and putting them in his knee but he seems mostly the same. Yasuho has saved him just before, is about to help him out, considering he has nobody else that has shon him that level of trust, it makes sense he'd go for her.

The scenary, interactions and Doremy look really great to me. The better blacks of tPA4 does wonders for showing the texture of Doremy and Urban. But I agree that the character art has been awkward. Rai has been around Gappy for barely an hour and is already starting to sit weird and lose his arms like Vitamin C rolled by.

I feel Blue Hawaii was a "gateway" arc to get everything in place. It brought Yasuho back, allowed for the Jobin flashblack, showed off new Speed King, began to bring in more bubble based powers with S&W. Hamhanded but it sets a clear line that we are moving onto a different part of Jojolion. It feels really tonally different already.

So is the new Rohan spinoff chapter not getting translated at all? what the fuck?

So is it available somewhere already or is it still to be released without due date ?

Do they? Not him, but to me I've seen a lot of really lighter sketches and drawings made, especially with Gappy's new run that we got this chapter being light as hell. Seeing Araki giving Rai a sameface on a panel felt off.

Urban was still great though, and that's why I don't think the chapter is bad, just kind of off when it comes to some of the visuals/perspectives being inconsistent or awkwardly drawn.

Rai has looked bad in general. Over the course of The Plant Appraiser he's gotten more awkward looking outside of close ups.
The inconsistency is crazy. Maybe everything with movie/jojofes/TSRK/Working with DP if he's being consulted/Probably having some input with the short stories that are coming out is taking it's toll. We had a half chapter just recently. Perhaps he's looking forward to November?

One week ago, during one of the events in JoJofes, Bizarre Summer, there were no announcements of anything besides showing off a longer version of the Rohan OVA PV. They still did not show off a release date.
