IIRC, the only that can take Judah's place is Suiryu or whatever the tree woman was called. Those two (and probably other people with that same body like Agni's sister) were part of a special kind of human that can potentially use every blessing and only them can be used for to make that tree thing, IIRC.

2 cours might be too much with the curent pacing, because you can easily get to the tree part within 12 episodes, but 1 may be a little too condensed.

Quality wise it's a roller coster, it has beyond terrible parts and neat parts, the choice is yours.

Meant story wise, I like the art style.

Because it seems like he can translate thoughts over some distance and this is a really useful power when you make speeches.

It also looks like after Togata's death the dog fucker and Suiryu became the "brain" (and so the actual leaders) of the agni-ism, with San replacing Agni as front man.
