Cgi animation is normally rendered at like 45fps. Animu studios render it at 12.
Also they try do anime style in cgi instead of adapting the animu style to something that works in cgi. This show has decent art because its a mixture of anime and cgi style. This is the same for most stuff that works, dragon quest cgi, snack world cgi etc cel shaded stuff also generally looks quite bad.
Precure is cheating, they normally have the best staff in them, it just keeps printing money.
