Realize you haven't seen anything new from a hentai artist you like for a long time

>realize you haven't seen anything new from a hentai artist you like for a long time
>look it up
>they've stopped making hentai now that they have a non-h manga serialized
rip toruneko

Why the long face user?

>rip toruneko
Please be a lie.

Sometimes the artist come back, just to go back to non-h again. Haga Yui for example, it's the third time it happens, my only problem is that the new manga has no translation so far. She still make doujins, but still.

RIP Methonium

I actually love it when h-artists make it to mainstream and succeed.

Ryou has been saying in his streams that the business isn't what it used to be and more people will be making the jump eventually. He's been trying to line up a non-h manga for a while now he's even shown character designs and some storyboards. I know Inomaru is currently working as an artist on a manga while someone else is doing the story. Oddly enough a lot of them tend to end up with futabasha or shonen ganosha. Not everyone lands a big one like Tosh.

Could be worse.

>be famous h-mangaka
>dead or in jail

RIP Kumoi Yamamoto

>no scans
Why would you do this to me?

>Lunch came back

Don't lose hope.

Her art is so fucking good, I'd be upset if she never landed a good gig.

The only time I tend to be ok with it is when they are making something similar to their hentai. Like Meth's manga is acceptable to me because it's still about big girls. Otherwise it just makes me sad.

I'm hoping one day Agata will give me a cute non-hentai romance between a mother and her shota son.

Toruneko is one of my favorite h-artists.
I'd be as sad as when I heard Hisasi going non-h.

>dead or in jail
Explain

At least Kawasaki is doing great.

Fuck, i was also wondering why he didn't make anything new.
Fucking hell.

>girls getting Nakadashied every story
>your "legit" series is harem with no nakadashi and a faggot mc

hope it was worth it fukuhada.

did Kawasaki Tadataka stop drawing porn now that Chio-chan is getting an anime?

He's stopped since working on it. Dont worry, its practically porn and a lot of his old stuff has Chio-chan character clones.

Koume Keito's mainstream now?

Shimimaru's ecchi series isn't bad.

Could have been worse. They could have just died.

RIP mosha.

...

>drills teacher

WHAT? whats she like?

I want to drill drills sensei.

It's worse when they were the literal GOAT of their genre, got to work on a couple of anime, didn't even get a serialisation, and just disappeared.
I'm still waiting for you, Uno Makoto.

>h-mangaka whose art wasn't that great
>gets a long running manga serialized in Jump
>art massively improves
>they'll never do h-manga again with their new and improved artwork

Fucking Tosh.

This artist looks so familiar but I can't place them.

But his H was so damn good. It kills me.

Was wonder what happened to this guy

He did? I thought that one recent release was just a re-release of a badly-edited chapter from his old tank or something like that?

I love this.

They eventually break and start drawing more and more suggestive shit the longer the manga goes.

Someone post that one Chio-chan page.

Kisaragi Gunma

Artist for Pretty Neighbor is doing Railgun manga and has improved a lot.

God bless them. They gave such a wealth of fap material, they deserve to hit it big.

Wait Koume Keito made Spice & Wolf? How did I not know this until now

He did the art
Which should be instantly recognizable. And he's so good at it.

This made me happy when I found that. Warms my heart knowing at least they're getting paid to continue drawing.

It's Gunma going mainstream.

Something about Gunma's art I always found super boring, and I'm not sure what it is.

And I was just reading one of his tanks earlier today. Small world.

Ah, I knew I recognized the style. Is the manga any good?

There's nothing that says that you can't go back. Or for that matter a non-h mangaka going into the h world. The guy who drew Ghost in the Shell does pretty much nothing but porn now.

Fucking RIP

I hope Michiking doesn't switch to normal manga.

...

>MFW Tosh and the other hentai artists gone legit have drawn a shit ton of hentai for fun on the side that will NEVER EVER be released to the public.

Reminds of Naruko Hanaharu. No new works after Gargantia. At least the Gargantia designs will always be 10/10.

Where the heck do I read this series? I can't seem to find it anywhere.

>H-artist makes a non-H manga
>it's actually good

His new works only appeared once every thousand years anyway.

>H-artist makes a non-H slice of life 4-koma manga
>it's actually still the finest slice of life manga and anime ever made.

>beating a loli
>good
What the fuck happened to her? She used to care for the lolis.

>Ootsuka reika
She was one of my favorites.

Believe me, even though "her" H stuff is really good, Sakura Nadeshiko is a modern fucking masterpiece. It's even better than Lotte no Omocha. It's like one person said, "gee, I wonder how incredibly degenerate I can make one comic, while still endearing and entertaining and not porn somehow." Just learn Japanese, it's worth it.

Isn't that the one manga where one of the idols is a trap?

>Get serialized
>Continue making H-Doujins anyways.

This is how it should be done.

Of the same characters too, the absolute madman

I know and the doujins are the same quality if not better as his serialization.

Do mainstream magazines typically have stipulations that bar artists from doing porn on the side? Do artists just stop because the workload is too much?

Fucking hell, so that's why there hasn't been anything new from him in months

Fuck, he was good.

>I actually love it when h-artists make it to mainstream and succeed.
Yeah but in my admittedly limited experience most of them write shitty non-h manga or it gets axed. For instance Maybe was a one off with Tasogare, he hasn't done anything else good. There's a few others like that, Chio-chan no Tsuugakuro is alright but not my kind of thing, Dasei 67 Percent is the same. The only one I really like doing non-h is Yasohatchi, I like his stories and his art is good; so far he's done two manga that I've really enjoyed. Then you get people like Naruko Hanaharu who would be a great mangaka, his Kamichu manga was pretty good, but is seeming just doing character design now. And pic related isn't translated so I don't know about this one but I think she could write good manga.

Anybody know what happened to royal koyanagi?

I think his earlier art was better.

Drawing those orgies takes time.

>trap

If only it were that tame. I could spoil it for you but honestly learning it as you read makes it a hell of a lot more fun.

Probably the second. I've seen artists pop up here and there with releases on sadpanda after they've gone non-h but they're few and far between. Though I wouldn't put it past the mags to put stips on the artists, which makes the world poorer.

Depends on the magazine, shounen magazines are more strict. Second is the workload, an artist might have very little time to do something on the side even if the magazine allows it.

I liked that one too.

I'm still on my hirigana/katakana stage, will I be able to read it?

Don't worry I liked it

>Artist for Pretty Neighbor is doing Railgun manga
I remember everyone on Sup Forums mourning when it was announced that he was going legit.

The vocabulary is a little intense sometimes, and Haga Yui loves making up words and generally being pretty Japanese, but there's furigana and it's really not that bad. I had to to a bit of sentence re-reading and spend quite a bit of time looking up words, but it was fun, I like learning. I've been learning nip for about three years, for reference. My kanji knowledge is very limited, but it would be a huge pain in the ass if you know none at all simply because breaking out the magnifying glass for every bit of furigana is just exhausting. Gotta start somewhere, though. If you've been reading lots of easier manga and have had the practice, then it should be doable, your call.

trying to figure out a way to draw lips even better for dick sucking

whens the next chapter?

*madwoman
*her

I see you are a man of culture as well.

Rip Sekihan too

>We'll never get a third edition of that brother-sister doujin he made
End me right now.

>I'm hoping one day Agata will give me a cute non-hentai romance between a mother and her shota son.
I didn't realize how much I needed this until now.

He has it locked away in his vault that will be released to the public upon his death

He just does the art for the manga adaptation. It's a treat though, the level of detail he puts into the backgrounds is so good. I consider it superior to both the LN and the anime.

Is that the one where they do it in a part or something?

Fuck, that's what happened?

My fav artists are futanari and trap artists so there's a low chance of that happening.
But even if it does I'd be happy for their success.

That's the second part.

Anyone know where I can find raws for this?

I did a quick search yesterday and couldn't find any.

>mfw this happens
Those artists goes into my Blacklist with all my disappointment, except the ones who still do h-manga, like Distance or Yoshihisa Inoue.

Shimimaru is a girl, iirc

>goes legit.
>legit work lewder than any doujin he did in the past.
>legit work lewder than many h works coming out right nowadays.
Sasuga.

Who's doing the english releases for Spicy Wolf?
Looking at the digital rips in the secret club, the quality's pretty awful, as is the typesetting and sometimes the translation. A real pity.

Yenpress

Ah, no wonder. At least they've gotten somewhat better since they started, the first couple volumes are embarrassing.

YEARS. not months, user. YEARS.

does he have a different name now?

It's been like two years.

>realize you haven't seen anything new from a hentai artist you like for a long time
>look it up
>he's fucking dead

rip SHD

>I'm still waiting for you, Uno Makoto
His past hentai works were just Futa books that came out once every 2 years or so, he made character designs for Dragonaut and the Witchblade anime, probably got rich and doesn't give a fuck anymore.

Hanaharu Naruko isn't doing much either, just magazine covers every full moon, then designed characters for Gargantia, made an artbook for it and got back to do nothing but covers. I guess once you work on an anime production there's no need to make stuff for a living anymore.
