The post I was responding to was someone effectively saying that if GoPri is the best series, why hasn't there been any BDRips. I mentioned Heartcatch because to my knowledge, like GoPri it also hasn't had its BD released online yet and it too is claimed to be the "best" Precure series.
My point was just because the BD haven't been uploaded online doesn't mean a particular series isn't the best season

The BD releases would not have BS11 in the top right hand corner.

I think the opening was taken from that BD that was released that had all the series OP & ED on them. That being said is entirely possible that some portion of the HC BD have been uploaded but not the actual episodes themselves, both Doremi and Commie have said that one the BDs are uploaded they would release their subs on them. This hasn't happened yet.
