I want to create a situation where half of the teachers must advocate for disarming their colleagues. That is why as many must be trained and armed before the election as possible.

Give them "guns are prohibited beyond this point" signs. That will stop any shooter in their tracks.

I feel like these teachers are thinking they should run into the line of fire and start a fire fight with the would be assilent. I am sure some would take that chance. I feel they should be the last line of Defense against a shooter should they try to enter a room they are in. Or if they have a clean shot at the person. That and training and certification should play a factor. Shit i wouldn't give anyone protesting this a gun.

Also part of concealed carry is making sure nobody knows who is armed. The teacher should not have to disclose to anyone other than law enforcement.
