I already said this a lot of times and last month they were asking this so.
I won't risk on making a thread for other event that is not ANISON MATRIX on Sup Forums.
Don't want to get mods angry after all we fight to get back mogra threads and now we are good with them.
As I already said, Anison Matrix have been here for a long time, that's what marks the difference with other events that have never been. Also Anison Matrix event is the more Sup Forums related because it has a majority of anisong themes.
There are other events that have anison, but not enough to be Sup Forums related, and we are walking on a thin line here.
NEW YEAR is a special, so it's 50/50 Sup Forums related, but not all the music they pass are anisongs.
That's why I only make:
- Anison Matrix This one has been streamed on Sup Forums the longest, every first saturday of the month.
- Mogra Anniversary as a place/bar, it's a 3 days event in August, we only do Saturday/Sunday that are the more Sup Forums related ones, for the Friday we decide later
- Anison Matrix Anniversary One day event, always first Saturday of May.
- New Year Countdown, Last day of the year
As I already said in the past, I will only make Anison Matrix threads.
Someone sugested to make a thread for other Mogra events on /jp/, so if you want to make one, feel free to do it.
But take in count that I don't know /jp/ rules or /jp/ at all, I'm only from Sup Forums and /w/.
So if they don't like/want those threads, please don't push hard on them and just don't make them, it could end affecting Anison Matrix threads.

d-yama knows. we livewatched his early dj attempts at streaming and stalked the shit out of the anison events for the past 8 years. They don't especially are conscious inside of the stuff that goes here, but they are aware of the popularity it has over at the gajinland for some reason. Usually, they are surprised that some gajins pop up and actually know where they are and who plays what.

I wanna say I found it on DA somewhere like 2-3 years ago. It uses the columns UI. Other than that's it's pretty much vanilla foobar2k. I just tinkered with what info about the album is displayed, how it's sorted, and where stuff was laid out on the screen until I got something I liked.

I need to figure out a way to record stuff remotely. I can't always be there to watch events either due to work/class or whatever. It works out okay now since I'm usually home to start recording but I have to leave it and watch it later. It's a problem when the stream disconnects whether they cut it or my internet drops. It's one reason I like ustream since I can download the VOD with no muting... but there are a lot of nice things about Twitch. Unfortunately I have to grab it live or take risks with it being muted all over the place. I need a script that can be started remotely if need be and will continue to refresh itself and look for the stream in the event of a disconnect. Beyond that I need to get some new internet hardware since this wireless card likes to drop connection a lot.

I have fish script running on insel to capture the streams automatically and catch disconnects (important on ustream). Twitch has been so stable, there aren't any disconnects. Streamlink probably suffices here.
