Aaron Feis is the ONLY one with a transparent background and someone went through the effort of photoshopping the banner through who photo.
There are 30 people there, his photo is the only unique one.
It's probably nothing, the other coaches probably just had a professional photo shoot day so they could have standardized high quality pics but coach Feis wasn't able to attend the shoot that day because he doesn't exist
