Consider The Humanity Party’s proposal to train and hire more law enforcement officers.
The average wage of law enforcement officers in the United States is between $32,000 and $60,000 per year.
The average wage of a solider is between $20,000 and $60,000 per year.
The average cost of incarceration in the United States is between $32,000 and $60,000 per year.
A government empowered by The Humanity Party would increase the pay and training of soldiers and law enforcement officers. We would offer these positions to the poorest citizens and offer to pay for their schooling and training, paying them a decent wage while they are training.
If we have more job opportunities available for those who want to bear arms, we can allow them to bear arms while regulating them. They can take their arms home and have their arms always on their person.
Instead, without these job opportunities, the average wage of a drug dealer in the United States is between $32,000 and $100,000 per year.
His argument would make sense if state militias weren't destroyed after the Civil War. The states and even the citizens would arm themselves under that system.
Andrew Phillips
Doesn't every able-bodied man within a certain age range technically count as the militia? If they want to get totally legally technical about this, couldn't you just point out that this means that women are NOT guaranteed the right to bear arms by their insistence on "muh militia"?
Nathan Flores
His argument makes no sense considering that the Founders just fought a war against those who would take arms away from them. Why would they allow only the government to dictate who owns arms and who doesn't?
Jayden Evans
At the time it was written, a militia was any white male aged 18-45.
District of Columbia v. Heller, 554 U.S. 570 (2008), is a landmark case in which the Supreme Court of the United States held, in a 5–4 decision, that the Second Amendment protects an individual's right to possess a firearm unconnected with service in a militia for traditionally lawful purposes, such as self-defense within the home, and that Washington, D.C.'s handgun ban and requirement that lawfully-owned rifles and shotguns be kept "unloaded and disassembled or bound by a trigger lock" violated this guarantee.
Jaxon Miller
That picture could not be any more wrong. It was clearly stated in both the original amendment and by the founding fathers that the purpose of the 2nd was to give the people the means of resisting a potentially tyrannical government should it ever decide to fuck with the bill of rights, which it has currently been doing quite a bit lately.
Hudson Miller
your argument fails when they could have simply stated that every able-bodied man is guaranteed right to bear arms, instead of a militia. they would have worded it differently if they intended to have every one able to bear arms.
the whole amendment is poorly worded and makes no sense to most people today.
Grayson Nguyen
It's only poorly worded to you Communists because it has the words "Shall not be infringed" in it.
^ Mark Passio breaks down the second amendment word for word. You will understand it fully after watching this video so make sure you do. There is no room for error when it comes to this subject.

ALL BRITISH PEOPLE SHOULD WATCH THIS AND REALIZE THAT YOUR PEOPLE REALIZED THEY HAD BEEN BAMBOOZLED, BUT IT WAS TOO LATE
KEK, did you get that from the other thread where another user asked me about this?
Jose Hughes
UK is so cucked, they can't even argue self defence if they could run away from a nigger. How fucked is that? Not to mention you will get jail for pic related, and shot dead in case you're electrician running on the platform. >inb4 bongs will deny this
Nathaniel Allen
Some dude a while back got arrested for walking home with a chainsaw that was covered after doing a summer job in some other dude's garden. Police van turned up and hauled him into the back of it and took him to the station because he was perceived as a threat to the public.
Jose Kelly
Lol, I was that user. I've wanted to spread this video for so long, and I've finally found it, so i figured I'd start now.
Cameron Cooper
a tree surgeon youtube.com/watch?v=Ck9NJgLONww UK cops are fucking brainlet drones. MK-Ultra is a fucking meme compared to UK Police "training" (read: brainwashing). The only good thing, most of them don't have guns.
Michael Russell
YOOO we meet again. I'm still lurking the other thread as well. mate honestly, british police are a fucking joke. literally nobody around here has any love for them whatsoever. they're all corrupt and what's even worse is they're all absolute no mark faggots who're just lookin for trouble in groups because they were bullied in school. no respect for civs, no respect for the uniform, just there for the kicks and the superiority complex.
Adam White
>very verbal >very anti-police this is depressing
Nathan Hughes
arrrrrrrrr fucking monsters. what's worse is they all feel like they're doin a good job and at the end of the day they'll be giving themselves a right pat on the back for shit like that. fucking cunts.
Caleb Torres
This is heartbreaking. Notice how many of these faggots gathered up to harras and bully this one guy. He wasn't even aggresive, but rightfully upset.
Justin Ward
Hey calm down fellow bongs.
Not all cops are bad. There are some good ones out there that actually do their job.
Blake Gray
Exactly. This is just conditioning. They're strong-arming him and publicising it to make a statement about governmental monopoly on force to the public. They knew they had no good reason to do so, but they could argue that they did, and they saw an opportunity to use him and took it. He felt cheated, and rightly so. They took advantage of him for their own gain.
Luke Thomas
No it doesnt. And according to the Federalist papers the op is full of shit.
