Did CNN commit a Sherman Act violation for conspiring to shut down a competitor, Alex Jones?

Sherman act violations are big problems. Lots of federal caselaw on the issue. The act serves to prevent monopolies and anti-competitive trade practices. Backstory, Alex Jones' channel on jewtube is being shut down by an admitted concerted effort by cnn. (infowars.com/cnn-is-directly-lobbying-youtube-to-shut-down-infowars/).

""Every ... conspiracy, in restraint of trade or commerce among the several States, or with foreign nations, is declared to be illegal." A news agency would be considered commerce under the commerce clause.

"Every person who shall ... conspire with any other person or persons, to monopolize any part of the trade or commerce among the several States, or with foreign nations, shall be deemed guilty of a felony."

Seems like this might be the case. Alex should contact some lawyers and sue. Keeping legacy media from conquering alt-tech should be a primary cause that might even go so far to kill the children of those responsible for managing legacy medias online presence

Alex got shut down?

Yes. Do the thing, you have our permission.

Seems like it.

Sounds like they are trying too. These people never learn.

I think things are about to get really interesting. Alex is lawyering up.

He talks about it here.

bump for bloodsucking vampires

Could this be the beginning of fixing YouTube, and lead to it and similar services being recharacteruzed as utilities (so they can no longer demonetize people for political reasons)?

they are writing articles that they are reporting his videos and youtube and acknowledge that doing so can get him kicked off of youtube. The article, despite being infowars, actual cites CNN stating such intent. That's pretty damning. If jones isn't just a cia plant, he should probably go after this.

under the sherman act, they don't need to prove that the person was shut down, just that there was a conspiracy. he would have monetary damages and cnn would likely have committed a felony, which would send someone to jail and cut their power.

Alex has a lot of success with lawsuits because our current generation of elites are clueless inheritors and people don't understand how smart he is.

this is all theatre to make us think infowars isn't controlled opposition

didnt alex jones testify his program was just entertainment?

Might be bad for him.

Wow, things are getting nuts. Good luck to Alex, and Amren sueing Twitter.

Infowars woke a lot of people up regardless of whatever it "really" is. I guess if Alex doesn't go after this it'll prove he's out of steam.

news can also be "entertainment" particularly if it is performed in an entertaining way. doubt it would be much of an issue.

Intresting, bump.

>Did CNN commit a Sherman Act violation for conspiring to shut down a competitor, Alex Jones?
No because they don't compete and thus are not competitors. They offer different products for different audiences.

...

I would certainly contact him and inform him about this possiblity.

What's wrong with an entertainment show?

if that is what qualifies as a legal argument as a leaf, i feel sorry for you in your legal system. both are news outlets and certainly compete. Both additionally compete on jewtube, and make money off the outlet.

Yeah just heard about it on his live stream, CNN needs to burn.
They seriously can't keep getting away with this kikery.

GAS THE NEWS, MEME WAR NOW

They're Jewish. Jews make their own rules to a large degree and they have ever since they came into our country.

he should honestly know that its a clear sign of a Sherman act violation. anyone can tweet this thread at him or joe biggs or that chick with the nice tits on his show. if he would talk about sherman act, CNN would shut the fuck up right quick. They dont want that lawsuit on their plate because he has rather solid proof against them based on articles written on their website already.
