Tosh is a great artist, but if you go to pixiv you will see hundreds of artists with the same style. So it's a well made cover, but far from impressive.

The German/Scandinavian version remedied this by coloring certain chapter covers and using them for the volumes, but volume 15 is pretty hilarious. Not only is King Piccolo pink for some reason, but the volume actually takes place in the middle of the 23rd tournament arc, after the arc depicted in the cover is already long over.
