Do you think either of these boards would fix Sup Forums unlike the sticky?

Do you think either of these boards would fix Sup Forums unlike the sticky?

/ma/ - Manga, making Sup Forums only anime
or
/ag/ - Anything that has (pseudo) generals gets moved right there, anime or manga

No. Sup Forums is already slow as it is. We don't need another board with threads that take over a year to die.

>Sup Forums is already slow as it is.
Nigga you blind.

Just ban all shonen manga threads. That would keep all the teens away. Fuck teenagers. Jesus fuck. Fucking shitposting culture

Excellent idea! Let's split mangas and anime on different boards, even if they are many times the same shit on a different media, and we shove the LN's up our ass too while we're at it.

Nigga, you stupid?

/ma/ would be nice, since Sup Forums is 90% anime threads it would provide a place for discussion of a lot of less popular manga where threads don't die so quickly.

Are you new? Sup Forums is a lot slower than it was a few years ago.

/ma/ wouldn't work since there's too much crossover discussion from shows that have been/are being adapted into anime.

Standards for /ag/ are too vague would just result in shitposters taking it on themselves to police the board.

Counterproposal: turn /jp/ into Sup Forums's /trash/, much like /bant/ is to Sup Forums.

this, probably

/jp/ is literally Sup Forums trash bin. It was made for that sole reason.

>/ag/
How'd the work for Sup Forums?

/vg/ happening didn't fuck Sup Forums. /vg/ is unironically a acceptable board, no instead Sup Forums got fucked by the whole gamer gate shit into oblivion and mods at some point just rolling with the e-celeb and cross-site garbage thread. This wasn't the fault of /vg/ existing, but hotpockets not giving a fuck about Sup Forums's standard.

>unironically
This is how I know I can safely discard your opinion.

(You).

Sup Forums-Anime Discussion
/ma/-Manga Discussion
/ln/-Light Novel Discussion
/18/-Hentai Discussion (anime/manga/etc.)

>/18/-Hentai Discussion
Or just use /h/?

>Biscuit Hammer threads have to be sacrificed for less shitposting.
I'm conflicted.

Sup Forums is worse than /vg/, interestingly enough

It worked for its intended purpose, which was stopping the assfaggots flood on Sup Forums.

How about just Jump manga threads then?

And now Sup Forums is a piece of shit where any post vaguely related to any game is stomped out because "we already have a fucking general".

>this discussion
>again
fuck off already

>And now Sup Forums is a piece of shit where any post vaguely related to any game is stomped out because "we already have a fucking general".
Except that never happens, what?

The best way to fix Sup Forums is to get better mods.

sure has a lot of specific video game related OPs in the catalog for a bunch of numbskulls "stomping out posts" because of >muh general threads

also, this

There are several good that manga that were published in Jump. However, prohibiting threads about current Jump should be fine.
Also

No.

What part of Hentai Discussion don't you understand? Also no loli which makes up a good portion of hentai games.

Sup Forums was always shit

>What part of Hentai Discussion don't you understand?
I'd like to ask you that. Ever took a look at the /h/ catalog?

>/ma/ - Manga, making Sup Forums only anime
yes please, fuck animeonlyshitters and seasonalfags

Make it so mods have to post why they're deleting a thread before they delet it. That way we can call them out on whatever bullshit reason they delet things they don't like.

t. general thread fag

>delet
this idiotic meme needs to stop
It's "delete".

And how many of those threads are actual discussions instead of generic image dumps? The only ones I see are the threads that migrated from Sup Forums and /vg/. And again no loli.

>And how many of those threads are actual discussions instead of generic image dumps?
Why would that matter? You can discuss anything /h/ related you want there, so a new board makes no sense.

>muh loli
Sup Forums is a thing too. Maybe lurk before posting.

This, we don't need to split Sup Forums, simple as that.

No. We just need rules to be enforced and nuke a few generals that should belong to /jp/ to begin with.

>just need rules to be enforced
What we've been wishing for years.
Mods go through their on/off phases of helping out, that's probably all we'll ever get. Pathological funposters probably know the pattern already. The board can't be saved, most likely.

Sup Forums is forl loli image dumps. Again I'm not talking about image dumps as I am aware of the rules but you can't even discuss loli on that board without the normalfags freaking out.

Biscuit Hammer is seinen, user, Sengoku Youko is shonen.

What about moderation and banning non-stop generals about gay shit and non airing shows since they aren't discussing anything current nor or they producing any OC like drawfag or buyfag threads.

Make /ec/ - e-celebs

>/vg/ is unironically a acceptable board
Not anymore.
Discord killed a lot of generals.
Cropped porn and even non-nude art are getting deleted .
Critisism of the moderation team will get your post deleted and may get you a ban.

Unironically this.
Current mods are shit. They are more subtle than nipplemod but still learned nothing from him.

Sup Forums is actually the only major board without any real problems
y'all just need to shut up about it and quit trying to instigate/find drama where there really isn't any
in my 10 years here, Sup Forums has prolly changed the least
spend 5 minutes lurking Sup Forums if you want to see how bad it could be
give up man

Actually the Sup Forums threads have discussions too. Check 'em out.

All generals should be deleted and only when something new comes out can they make threads. When a new episode come out they can make a thread. When a new chapter comes out they can make a thread. Every thing else should be deleted.

>Sup Forums is a thing too
I fucking hate Sup Forums so no.
Give us /l/.

I would agree with you 4-5 years ago.
Not anymore.
If panda threads getting banned is not telling you that something is amiss then I don't know what to say.

/vg/ temporarily helped Sup Forums but then the mods turned Sup Forums into a shill-only zone and /vg/ festered as everyone knew it would. /vg/ was always shit, but now it might as well not even exist.

>mods have to post why they're deleting a thread before they delet it
boards.fireden.net/a/search/deleted/deleted/type/op/
These are pretty much all obvious, though.

>I fucking hate Sup Forums so no.
Not an argument.

>implying that you had one
Sup Forums tolerate loli because anything goes there but most people using that board hate loli.
I would have no issue migrating to /h/ but they also hate loli.

>These are pretty much all obvious, though.
Then they shouldn't have a hard time explaining themselves. I'm talking more about stuff like the onee-san thread that got deleted while an imouto thread is still up. The Nande koko ni Sensei ga thread that got deleted yesterday, which immediately got a new thread that mods didn't touch.

It feels like the mods are really inconsistent, so having them explain themselves first would be nice. When they give a shitty reason they should be called out for it.

I do and I actually rather like the loli threads on Sup Forums but that's besides the point. Either clean up /h/ and make it a board where you can discuss hentai without being banned for discussing hentai or make a new board for hentai discussion.

>implying that you had one
How am I implying anything when Loli being pushed to Sup Forums is common knowledge?

>but most people using that board hate loli.
Most people using Sup Forums hate whatever anime gets a lot of replies, now what?

Tell me why the lolivan thread got deleted.

do nothing, everyone is exactly as unhappy as they are now

>Then they shouldn't have a hard time explaining themselves
But they don't need to if it's obvious.

>I'm talking more about stuff like the onee-san thread that got deleted while an imouto thread is still up. The Nande koko ni Sensei ga thread that got deleted yesterday, which immediately got a new thread that mods didn't touch
Explanations for individual deletions aren't going to solve inconsistencies about certain stuff not getting deleted, user. Especially since most of the time, if you go "Well, why didn't _____ get deleted for that same reason," the answer would probably be that either it didn't get reported, or that specific mod wasn't on.

Presumably because they judged that it wasn't actually about anime.

>Most people using Sup Forums hate whatever anime gets a lot of replies, now what?
Most people on Sup Forums still talk about anime.
The whole concept of boards is to discuss a shared interest, even if it's to shit on it.
Loli are a part of anime and hentai so loli threads should be fine on both boards talking about anime and hentai.
Sup Forums on the other hand is to discuss random things, you can technically discuss about something like Kemono Friends, does it mean we should move all discussion of anime or Kemono Friends to Sup Forums?

Lolis held mods hostage.

No, it means that loli porn doesn't belong on Sup Forums either way lmao

I'm surprised how well Sup Forums's jannies delete e-celeb threads. Still, /ec/ would be a useful addition overall.

>Presumably because they judged that it wasn't actually about anime
>meme that was made during the golden days is now getting deleted because "not anime"
>this will surely bring back quality posters
Mods are being too strict on the definition of anime, they don't realize they are actually enforcing the concept of general thread instead of fighting it.

Not true, they would should be dead by now if it was.

Loli threads still get randomly deleted.

Ayy Mizukami the cunt making his saddest ending in a shounen manga.

>they would should be dead
fucked up
>they would be dead

>/ma/ - Manga, making Sup Forums only anime
No.

>/ag/ - Anything that has (pseudo) generals gets moved right there, anime or manga
No.

The sticky fixed nothing because there's no problem. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

There was 2 Prisma Illya threads yesterday or the day before that.
One was actually about Prisma Illya and got deleted.
The other was actually about Heaven's Feel route and whehter Sakura was a shitty waifu or not.
Tell me why the thread that was on topic got deleted.

That explains the characters being in college.

Lucky Star is shonen so no.

>does it mean we should move all discussion of Kemono Friends to Sup Forums?
That would be nice.

>autosage
Mods plz.
