I live in New England and choose to eat like that but I still eat beef, but only goat milk. I forage for a lot of my food and I'm very into it, eat a lot of termites and crickets in the summer. Goat milk and cheese is the only dairy I can digest properly. Brazil nuts have shitloads of selenium. They protect the brain from heavy metals and toxins.
