Boku No Hero Academia Ch. 150

Can't Mirio just phase trough that Bullet? Or is it that a Bullet flies to fast for him to react? But he already saw him before shooting.

Inb4 overhual fucked up and threw the quick enhancing bullets

He's aiming at Eri, if she gets shot Overhaul can put her back together like new. Mirio will likely take the hit intentionally if he can't move her out of the way.

>enhanced Mirio can phase with everything
>takes Eri and runs away

OH

>shoots Eri
>Only Overhaul can fix her
>Mirio lets him escape, because he doesn't want her to die

>mirio's face when

Will manly steel and manly hardening begin a hero office in the future?

Fuck, that's actually pretty likely to happen.

Mirio can catch the bullet and throw it back at Overhole.

>Can't Mirio just phase trough that Bullet?
He can, it depends on his reaction time. But he knows he's going to be targeted, so that's not the problem.
What's probably going to happen is that Eri is going to be hit, either because she's going to get in the middle, or because Mirio phases.
At that point, it's anyone's guess. But the "Eri is going to be shot" is more or less obvious.

What's their endgame after arresting Overhaul. They either kill him or he's just going to free himself

What's the fucking deal with his eyes?

Isn't Overhauls plan (to shoot Eri) a bit contrived and based on a lot of assumptions? I mean, he's basically banking on Mirio's hero insecurity, but what if Mirio just says " nah, I imagine she'd rather be dead than go back with you".

Send him to jail and forget he exists while they move on to the next arc
He'll come back in the inevitable prison break arc

Maybe he knows Mirio is secretly a lolicon and is banking on that.

I'd say it's based on his sense of guilt AND predictable hero mentality. Basically, the idea is to put him in a situation where every outcome either results in him doing something that goes against his morals or in losing Eri.

>Isn't Overhauls plan (to shoot Eri) a bit contrived and based on a lot of assumptions?
It's based on only one assumption: Mirio will act like a proper hero and no hero would let a little girl get shot

His eye lashes are steel too

...

When will the sugar guy have an heart attack? Or even just diabetes?

soon

When he unleashes his ultimate move to go full-on Hulk.

Not that guy, but It's definitely based on more than one assumption:
1) Mirio won't let her get shot
2) Mirio having a lasting sense of guilt over not rescuing her when he had the chance
3)Mirio not having yet recognized that no hero can save everybody
4) Mirio letting his guilt overwhelm him and as a result having him give Eri back since Overhaul can heal her (sidenote: I'm pretty sure they have ambulances outside)
5) no one from Mirio's team reaching them
And many, many other small ones.

Why not hold hands with a lizard?

This is BnHA though. The manga isn't that dark that we would see a little girl exploding so it has to be Mirio taking the bullet

it could fall off

Might be a power nullifying bullet since it came from some kinda special case, but then again Kirishima's hardening did work against it so..

...

Mirio still has a theoretical way to save the day by using his ability to let the bullet phase through him but turning the quirk off while the bullet is still inside, causing it to get ejected in a random direction.

But yeah, obviously, he gets shot for storytelling purposes, because the protagonist would otherwise be left without a job.

Doesn't look like a normal bullet to me. Could be a bullet that explodes on impact and unleashes a quirk destroying gas.

Why is her hair so luxurious?

It's much more likely Kirishima will forever be stuck as Bakugo's sidekick imo.

Why not? Major events giving the story a dramatic turn aren't that rare in anime and mango. Moreover I always got the feeling BnHA was darker than it let on. This would be the perfect opportunity to convey that to the reader.

It was a dart bullet, it has to pierce your sking in order for it to work.

No, but their hero offices will happen to be situated right next to the other.

I wouldn't mind seeing BnHA taking a darker turn but knowing BnHA and a shounen manga, I just don't see them doing anything that dark/fucked up. The only brutal thing I think we've seen is Aizawa getting beat up badly by Noumu but even then they could have just snapped his neck but they didn't. If you would compare this mangas darker side to some other dark mangas, BnHA would be way mellow compared to them.

these are some preview pictures that were posted on Twitter, by the way.

...

Except for Momo they don't seem to be enjoying themselves.

...

But she loses the power that makes her valuable. Can overhaul fix that too?

...

...

>mobile device

>a darker turn
We're never going to see a visual, but the thought of a child constantly being torn to pieces and reassembled doesn't shake you?

...

And that's it.

Why don't they shoot Mirio's feet, he has to materialize them otherwise he'd slip through the ground.

She really likes that hamburger.

Such a good chapter

inb4 deku arrives and they work together

dream come true

Why this series is so full of fujoshis? Like 90% if it's doujins are fucking yaoi, it has girls so i don't get why this happens.

>Deku arrives
>Fuck up and causes Tintin/lucas's death

Why exactly did they have the Sniper go up against the INVISIBLE Girl? Wasn't the whole point of this test for the kids to overcome their weaknesses?

Studying isn't exactly fun.
Furthermore, they seemed more unconfortable with the fact that they were in a mansion in the manga.

Jojo, Death Note, and currently Promised Neverland, were published in Jump you know. I wouldn't put this past them. Even One Piece showed children corpses and delved in cannibalism recently. Their notion of what's kid/teenage friendly has always been quite permissive. Moreover it's as this user says.

Perhaps Tooru never truly bothered with not making a lot of noise because of her invisibility. Also, you could see her outline in the smoke at the end of the exam, so Snipe could probably find where she was by creating rubble and dust. That would've forced her to adapt and to hide without relying so much on her Quirk.

>mobile

Will Deku get to be her hero as well? He was the guy with the friendly warm hands, after all. Or has that train left the station?

Deku will be her trauma when he 100% smashes Chisaki's head into the ground while smiling like All Might.

I bet her skin is cold and soothing.

Hands don't mean shit.

...

Who wins in their rematch?

I still find it funny how despite this being like 100 years in the future, and decades after the end of the Quirk Wars that supposedly caused stagnation, cell phone technology hasn't advanced at all.

Sorry, Deku gets to save only little boys, like Kouta. Or Iida. And Todoroki. Bakugo. And the earthquake boy during licence exam. No damsels in distress for him.

What's the guillotine for?

I want her to beat me with her own arm.

Poorfags jelly and hating on the nice rich girl that volunteered to tutor them? I'm not surprised, they probably bullied her for being a nerd and lowered her confidence to the stick and shield level.

Has his quirk permanently damaged Kaminari's brain?

That's what he want so you to think

Decapitations I imagine.

What about Toga in the license exam?

That was a mistake.

I'm imagining Deku's fatalistic doctors having that same chat with Kaminari.

>Here's your head CT
>We can't tell the difference between your brain and a 40-year-old former NFL defensive tackle's brain at this point
>If you discharge like that again, you'll go full Jack Nicholson at the end of One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest

If Tetsutetsu is still the same as before, Kirishima. If he also has a new power up like Kiri, they'll probably knock eachother out again.

Deku was the damsel in distress.

>they probably bullied her for being a nerd and lowered her confidence to the stick and shield level.
she got there on her own, basically comaring herself to Todoroki and concluding that he was better, while also suffering defeat in the tournament.

Yes, that's how people normally beat other people.

What if he put special grounding wires into his suit to keep the flow of electricity away from his head?

Usually the arm you're being beaten with is still attached to the owner.

If Toga can truly mimic the quirks of people she's disguised as, she's pretty OP. Imagine her transforming into Deku so she can use OfA

Sauce of the left pic?

reddit out

Pre/Post lobotomy? He was still pretty fucking crazy

this needs the faces of nemoto, chrono and the drunkard

...

What if Eri is an adult woman only kept in loli form through constant overhauling?

>Don't worry kid, you're safe now.
>I'm 27 you prick

Mimic's aiming at Eri, if Tintin phases, Eri gets shot, so either tintin gets hit or Eri gets hit and tintin has to let Overhaul save her, the Yakuza win either way

>it's a loli and a cake at the same time
Yes please.
Probably not though.

>user-kun, I want you to cut my head off!

What did she mean by this?

Would you do it?

Pic related.

>eri is actually chisaki's mother

it's a lake

John K. Peta.

Of course it does. I don't think I implied that? I only said I doubt it will be shown to us though but I guess it's possible since they've referenced it multiple times

Yeah, fair enough. My bad for saying they wouldn't do that but I actually meant that they wouldn't show it to us visually. Sorry for being unclear.

Also, both OP and PN have referenced multiply times about kids dying but we haven't really seen that, right? I don't even remember seeing children corpses in OP.

She can't, that's why she couldn't make herself float when she was disguised as Uraraka. The "blending in" technique is just that, a technique. Plus, she appears to be athletic, fast and with good reflexes, but those aren't linked with her Quirk.
