Also why are teachers never to blame? Every time a weird kid snaps people blame everything from video games to the kids who got shot at, but never the teachers who facilitated the bullying in the first place. Why? When I was in school I remember that whenever an oddball was being picked on the teacher would either ignore it and do nothing or join in with the bullies and crack jokes about the weird kid too. If bullying is indeed a catalyst for school shootings shouldn't teachers/faculty members have some amount of culpability as well?

I think a proper education can only be had with individual attention and time. A classroom with 30+ kids from different backgrounds, intelligence levels, and learning rates aren't going to receive the help they need from one teacher and a dumbed down for the lowest common denominator curriculum so at this rate public school is basically daycare

Public schools are state-sanctioned indoctrination camps, meant to acclimate children to becoming the obedient, diligent cogs in society that those in power want them to be.
