A doctor named Joylon West (no relation to Kanye) was in charge of the psychiatric department there for 20 years. The doctor has serious ties to MKUltra and he submitted a report called "Psychophysiological Studies of Hypnosis and Suggestability” In the few public appearances Kanye has made since November of 2016 he has been uncharacteristicically quiet

Sometimes with depression you just don't wanna do shit or he's numbed on benzodiazepines which make everything BORING but you feel very very relaxed, but you give a abit about nothing.
I personally think they've doped him up on new meds.
