Stop smoking weed and drinking alcohol first. Do that immediately, as a point of pride.

Then, start exercising. You live in California- start walking outdoors at least 1-3miles every day at a brisk pace. You will begin to lose weight by doing this if you couple this activity w a healthier diet.

Start learning about diet and exercise and get into it- get yourself into good shape. This will take you 3-6 months depending on how seriously you take it.

Quit smoking cigs - you will get rid of the acne and save a shit ton of money- plus it helps you lose weight believe it or not (nobody drinks water when they smoke cigs- you'll save about 500 calories and 5$ a day on drinks alone).

Spend less time on phone/computer- get out there... Maybe join a gym and maybe something productive like a church. Also get a fucking job.
