Give it some time and eventually you'll realize how horribly the place is run. I used to work in a warehouse where I was the only white person. At first I didn't understand how things worked so I just went along but as time went on I realized how inefficiently the place was run. One time we held a meeting where some higher up brought up how poorly it was run and one nig said "What do you expect, we're black". They'd be hooting and hollering all night and the black women would always start screaming matches with everybody. Not to mention I saw three fights in about a year. Some of them were decent people and a few of them had a good head on their shoulders, but most were just hood garbage. The whole thing opened my eyes how different we are from them.

I used to work these kinds of jobs and everyone was crazy with drugs and ghetto poverty (California.). I live in a town of only 40k people, yet somehow still 50% black. Goldsboro, NC. It has one of the highest crime rates in the state yet being a a small town, which small towns are known for being low crime rate. It's a military town, being part of Seymour Johnson AFB.
