Anything even remotely political should be absolutely agist, not just being the leader of a country, which is usually limited to being at least 35 in most countries. The voting age should be 35 too and being a taxpayer should be a requirement as well.
I'm 26 and I would be fine with not being able to vote for a while. I've voted twice already and it felt kinda wrong. I didn't have the full view of the political climate nor could I do enough research on that shit at that age.

You're mostly right. Getting the vote under 25 just means individuals will vote along trends and feels, not something they actually learned.
Vote should be limited by a few things. Should be over 25. If male, must have military/civil service of certain years (1-2); if female, must be with child or have children with husband present in relationship. I would say ownership of property should also be a precondition to voting rights, but I feel that goes too far, though i like the notion that you have a vested interest in society because you own a portion of that society.
